This was a great find. So close to shops but right on the foreshore. It was very reasonably priced given it's location buy next time I would upgrade to a room with a view. The room was spotless and had all the basics. Some more toiletries would have been a nice touch.

Most enjoyable stay. Great location, friendly staff and so close to everything you need. Lovely promenade for a stroll. The rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need for a delightful stay. Eateries and shops so very close and convenient, would certainly recommend. Parking outside unit so convenient.

Just returned from a three night stay at Zorbas . We had a very relaxing stay. The beds are very comfortable and the place it very clean and well maintained.|The lovely Natalie on the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. We look forward to returning again in the near future.

Lovely room overlooking the bay, with a balcony to relax on. Staff and management went out of their way to be helpful and were very friendly. Centrally located but still quiet. Great to stroll along the promenade to choose from the range of cafes and restaurants on offer. And shopping plazas close by for rainy days. A very enjoyable stay.

A really well located and well presented motel on the waterfront and river. Walking distance to all you need the view from our good sized room was lovely. Friendly staff well worth a visit on our trip down the coast a not a lot of dining options in Bateman’s Bay as the only downside

We stayed just for a get away. room was clean tidy location was great.
the staff are very unwelcoming and gave completely wrong direction to the club we wanted to go to, and sent us the long way,after asking her for direction..
then asking for dinning recommendations. She (staff) couldn't be the slightest interested. Great place if you can handle the rude customer service.
Also go through booking.com i booked directly,through the motel in attempts to save me money and the motel not pay commission..it was more expensive booking through the motel..personally in my opinion there is a management issues that need to be reviewed.

Great motel on the river front. The rooms are clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable.
The staff at Zorba are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly rate them.

5 Mature ladies on a 2 night getaway . the motel met all our needs , with each lady having a bed (no Bunks),it was on the ground floor , right in the middle of the shopping area, plenty of caffe and a lovely walk along the for shore , but no noise at night ,with in walking distance , 10 mins to the very good club ,they do seniors rates to . they have front facing rooms but our was at the back of the motel , it suited us fine
