Wow! What a fantastic experience with ZigZag. This is a small family owned business and not a mass commercial operation. The entire crew on yesterday's trip were delightful and fun and made sure that all 30 passengers enjoyed themselves. The 3 women crew: Cass, Emily and Casey outdid themselves and were delightful during the entire trip from 8-4pm. Because the boat was smaller, they were able to take us to an amazing secluded spot for snorkeling. We were in fact the only boat in the area. The aquatic life was beautiful and the coral life was breathtaking. After the snorkeling trip, they took us to several beautiful beaches where we had a delicious homemade lunch made by one of the owners grandmother. It is indeed a family operation.I am so glad that we decided to use ZigZag for our wonderful day!!

Cass, Angus, Oak and Ben gave the most amazing experience. Such a fun filled day, sharing interesting information about the places and seas we visited, best spots to snorkel and some walks and swimming. Lunch was the best and impressed me by having reusable plates etc, so good for the environment. All this plus more making it a memorable time while having fun and keeping everyone safe. Ben this crew definitely deserves a beer for going above and beyond and have one for you too!

Amazing day. It’s clear the crew love what they do. The boat trip itself was already an adventure. If you take a seat in the back you enjoy a great roller coaster. We had plenty of time to snorkel and the staff is really looking after your safety. Excellent lunch on the beach all home made. And on our return we saw some wales. And the captain simply stopped the boat for 15 min to watch! Don’t hesitate if you want a great day in and on the water.

Absolutely amazing experience!! The whole trip was so much fun,, the guides (Angus, Cass, Oak and Taron) were brilliant and kept everyone entertained and happy throughout. The tour was a perfect balance of swimming, relaxing and sightseeing and we saw so much without feeling rushed!! The lunch and snacks were delicious, and the team were constantly offering to fill up water. It was mine and my friends’ first time snorkelling and the team made us feel so comfortable and explained everything to us. The transport there and back was super comfortable and the team did a great job explaining where we were and giving great facts about the islands. The team were also amazing at taking photos for us all (which are available online for no extra cost which is fantastic!). A massive thank you to Angus, Cass, Oak and Taron for making this trip incredible! I would highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to see the Whitsundays!!

Amazing day! I highly recommend this tour. A family owned business that is truly different. The staff is absolutely lovely, doing their best for you to have a great time, from the best snorkelling spots, home made lunch, and snacks to always looking after your safety and making you laugh.

Highly recommend this tour, as it is so different from its competitors.
This family owned tour feels much more personal and its staff is lovely. Jordy, Anna and Fiona were always in such a good mood, kept us entertained and provided a lot of interesting information to us. They make stops at less known places which was another reason we enjoyed this tour so much. We stopped 3 times for whales and at the beaches and lookouts we were never rushed and could decide on our own how much time we would like to spend there. Always nice to have choices!

Awesome day out with ZigZag tours. The boat was smooth and the crew were smoother. Well organised, fun and they knew the best places to go given the conditions on the day. We went directly to the snorkel spot off Haslewood Island and afterwards up to the lookout. Then over to Whitehaven Beach for a nice home made lunch and up to the other lookout. We were very happy we decided to go with ZigZag tours. Thanks again to our skipper, deckhand and Oak and Lexi

Had a blast today with the team down at Zigzag. Lexie, Angus & Cass definitely made our day tour around the Whitsundays one to remember, from snorkeling to bushwalking everything went off without a hitch.

Big shoutout to Nathan and the team behind the scenes for their speedy email responses and helping cater Gluten Free meals for my wife! (Because of course we wouldn't have been able to enjoy the crew and their leading the YMCA on an empty stomach ?)

All-in-all can't recommend these guys enough for your next Whitsundays adventure!
