Honestly I had the best night sleep the bed was so comfortable and had plenty of pillows. We stopped at the Zebra Motel for one night on our drive to Sydney. The rooms were big and very clean. Bathroom was a good size and quite modern. Lovely guy at check in super friendly and parked right outside our room. And thanks for the King Tide Brewery tip, that food was amazing!! Highly recommend Zebra Motel.

Staff was amazing during my 7 week stay. They went above and beyond to take care of my dog and I daily. My preferred place to stay in Coffs Harbour for work and leisure. The staff and manager made my long visit enjoyable with recommendations for pet friendly weekend activities and any questions I had.

Great location, close to the shops and walking distance to the local club and restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The manager was very welcoming and I was extremely happy with the service. I look forward to staying here again.

Rooms are clean, tidy and have all essentials. Location is great for sports comps. Wifi connection is quick and showers are great.
Will return again for future trips based on service alone. Really happy with our short, pleasant stay. Thanks Grant for your hospitality and for being so helpful and accomodating.

This is a 5 star tradie hotel. Really very good. But if you are looking for a really quiet overnight stop and a sleep in it's too close to the highway. Doors start banging and reverse beeping also starts at 05.30.

The staff are great, but it's a shame the restaurant has been closed for months.

Grant and His Family were just absolutely awesome to deal with. Had to make a lot of changes to the booking in the week leading up and nothing was an issue for them. Grant was happy to help out where possible and made you feel like a 5 star customer every time you spoke to him. In terms of the room and location is was perfect for what we needed. The rooms were clean, all the amentities worked, smart TV. In terms of the service, Grant and his family were just simply amazing. We had a big group and Grant allowed us to use the dining area when it wasn't in use. He could not have been more accomodating for such a big group and was always willing to assist where he could. He was the nicest person to deal with and very respectful of some of our cultural activities we had. This is actually the first time I have left a review, I was not asked, I wanted to because of how nice Grant and his family were to us for the entire stay. Thank you Grant, I hope everyone get's to experience your great hotel and awesome customer service. Cheers

Arrived here for one night at 10:00pm, with my dog. Received email and message in Booking.com advising where to find room keys and that parking is not allocated. ✴️There were no parking spaces on arrival.

The room has blackout curtains so I was able to sleep late in the morning. It's on a busy road so there were truck noises ongoing.

The bed was comfy. The pillows - amazing! I had a Deluxe Queen Room which allowed for pets.

✴️The shower only has a rain shower head which is placed at about 7 foot which is no use if you want to keep your hair dry or have a hand-held for washing.

There was extra towels in the cupboard. Toaster and kettle provided.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and my dog and I slept well.

I wish I had read the reviews first. I paid for 4 nights and lasted 2. Couldn't get out quick enough. Drove 12 hours only to find on arrival there was no parking. I had to park out on the street in the rain. Walked my Mum up to the room, ran back down, out to the street in the rain numerous times to bring our things in. The bathroom was mouldy and a dirty used towel was hanging up behind the bathroom door. I'm hoping the ones we used were clean. Way over priced for what it was and I had booked in a hurry. Awful.
