Paid for a large bowl and gave me the tiniest portion ever, I would understand it if I ordered a small but I ordered the biggest size they have yet they gave me 10 chopped up pieces of tomatoes and onions? Please level up and train your staff to give proper portion of food because we customers are forced to pay for what we don’t deserve. This is very disappointing.

We’re glad to find Zambrero in Bathurst as we just moved. And it didn’t disappoint us. Yummy burritos 🌯 & quesadillas. Great location 👍

Did not adhere to the request. We had asked for a big bowl but got the normal size. In the vegetarian bowl, there was no chips but excessive guacamole; in the chicken bowl, there was only rice!! Quality could be better and would be good if requests are kindly adhered to.

Easy to get parking right at the door, no wait time to be served, food was delicious, however the tables and amenities needed cleaning.

I come here pretty often and there's no sense of urgency at all, especially when you're the only customer in the shop and on a short lunch break.
Why is there so many extra charges for toppings? Guac I understand but lettuce? Really?

The food was great and really tasty. The only thing I will add to it, it didn't have enough topings for the amount of nachos served or I was served extra nachos 😁

Staff member tonight was atrocious, super condescending and arrogant. Paid for a signature bowl and big bowl, copped 2 regular bowls. If the staff member can learn to not speak over customers and listen hopefully next time you can nail the order down🥴

Delicious burrito order a size smaller than you think you could eat cause they are huge. I couldn't finish half a regular vegetarian with double beans double rice. It was lovely cold for breakfast next morning though. Wait was about 15mins at 6pm recommend ordering through the website before you get there as they were prioritising Web orders. Very tasty food!
