Brad, Justin and Natalia recently planned the most amazing 4 day wedding weekend for us! The weekend was filled with multiple events – from the rehearsal dinner to the welcome party, wedding ceremony, after party, and farewell brunch. Their impeccable attention to detail and perfectly orchestrated timeline made everything flow seamlessly!!!

From our first meeting, we knew that they were the perfect team. They listened carefully to our vision and brought it to life in ways that exceeded our expectations. Each event was executed flawlessly, with a level of precision and care that left us, our parents and guests speechless.

Their ability to handle any challenge with ease ensured that we could truly have a worry free weekend. We had to bring everything inside at the last minute due to rain, and no one could event tell that being inside wasn’t the original plan. The decor, logistics, and overall vibe of each event were nothing short of spectacular.

We don’t have enough good things to say about this incredible team. We can't wait to work with them again for future events. If you are looking for wedding planners who will go above and beyond to make your special day perfect, they are simply the best!!!!

YSD planned our wedding weekend at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo. They worked so well with the club to put on our welcome party & wedding day events. All these events went seamlessly and were enjoyable by us and the guests. All the vendors that they suggested were top quality. We were blown away by the entire weekend! Our wedding day certainly was memorable for all and was flawlessly executed from start to end!

Brad, Justin, and Natalia planned our wedding, they were nothing short of incredible. After getting engaged, I called several wedding planners recommended by the Breakers, two of which went to voicemail, but when I called Brad, he picked up on the first ring. We spoke on the phone for an hour. It wasn’t until the end of that hour I found out he was in Mykonos on a vacation. The fact that he would pick up in the middle of the night on vacation shows just how dedicated they were from the start. By the time the other Wedding Planners returned my call, Brad and Justin were well underway, helping us get everything in order.
Their dedication and eagerness only continued over the next several months during our wedding planning process. Brad and Justin were always available, they were always quick to reach and quick to solve any problems or obstacles we encountered. Beyond that, our wedding was a huge success. It was everything that I hoped for and more. Their recommended vendors were 10 out of 10, and the final aesthetic of the entire event was flawless. Without question, they are my first recommendation to all friends and family planning weddings or events.

YSD planned the most amazing 3 days of events for our wedding at the Breakers. We had a very tight 5 month time frame to plan the wedding but from the beginning Brad and Justin assured me it would be fine, and it was more than fine! I told them the vibe/theme I was looking for and they ran with it. All of our guests said it was the most fun and beautiful rehearsal dinner/welcome party/wedding/brunch they had ever been to. Thanks to YSD's opinions, honesty, and connections we ended up with the best of the best venue and vendors who were meticulously coordinated by YSD so we didn't have to worry about any details on the weekend. I would highly recommend using Brad and Justin!

On the day of our wedding the weather was not looking good for the outdoor wedding we originally planned - I was so sad when Brad and Justin told me we needed to move the wedding inside but little did I know they were setting the ceremony and cocktail hour up in the front lawn which is less windy than our original location and the rain held off too! It was a stunning setup and I was soo excited when I found out we were able to have it outside still!

Brad and Justin (YSD Events) made the wedding of our dreams come alive! They did a fantastic job connecting us with amazing vendors and ensuring that we were on track against important milestones throughout the planning process. They were also invaluable when working with our venue as they have a fantastic working relationship with them. We were so impressed with how detail oriented they were, and how they considered certain aspects of our wedding ceremony and reception that we would never have considered when planning our wedding. As an example, they suggested we have a confetti canon which was something we never would have considered initially. Our guests (including us!!) can’t stop raving about the confetti cannon! Needless to say, our wedding wasn’t just a wedding. It was an EXPERIENCE!

On the day of our wedding, their diligent planning allowed us to remain on schedule making the day A LOT less stressful for us as Bride and Groom.

My wedding was the most beautiful and fun event I have ever attended, and I owe it all to Brad and Justin with YSD events. They connected me with the highest quality vendors, which was apparent not just in their product but also in their customer service and professionalism. They also worked well with our outside vendors (i.e. I wanted a Greek band to perform), and they made sure everyone was on the same page. They are extremely honest and will tell you their experienced opinion on best ways to cut costs vs things to splurge on. I am so happy I trusted them with so many decisions because they delivered and have excellent taste. Most importantly, Brad & Justin will focus on your event and your event only. They were easy to reach and were with me in every step of the planning process. They even personally checked up on me multiple times on my wedding day and made the day stress-free. When the weather forecast changed, they personally helped move furniture outside minutes before my cocktail hour started to make sure we had the perfect outdoor cocktail hour that we had hoped for. They also became great friends. You will not regret choosing YSD events !

Brad and Justin from YSD gave us the absolute best wedding we could have hoped for. Multiple guests came up to us and our families at our wedding and said that it had been the BEST wedding that they had ever attended. I think a lot of people can probably throw a nice wedding, but the feedback we got is that it was incredibly FUN - and I think that's because of all of the small details they had thought about, whether the timing of the day, the band, the drinks, etc. What I appreciated most about Brad and Justin is their perspective. They have a real vision for what they are trying to accomplish with the wedding based on YOUR vision, and they will make a lot of decisions on your behalf so that you don't have to think about them - which as a bride facing decision fatigue, is incredibly valuable. They will also give you their very honest opinion and will stay true to that vision, so that you can really get the benefit of their expertise, versus what you may think may work. Personally I want my planner to be a true expert with a vision, versus just facilitate what I may think I my want (since I'm not a wedding planner so not an expert!). They also connected us with amazing vendors that I know we would never have been able to find on our own (or with another one of the Breakers' recommended planners, which I know because I follow them all on Instagram). My fairytale wedding was at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida. The best decision I have ever made was hiring YSD Events for my wedding planning and production. From the first phone call with Brad & Justin, I knew they were “the ones”! Brad & Justin are unbelievably talented and professional. The entire year working with them has been absolutely amazing.
