I used You're Invited Event Hire for our joint mum/dad baby shower in Broadbeach Waters (in our backyard). Andy was so easy to deal with, very responsive to messages, and our event was so well put together due to the items we hired. The items were delivered a day in advance at the time specified, and collected the day after, again at the time specified (so reliable). We had 2 x 5ft round tables with pristine white table cloths, white chairs without a mark on them, bar tables and chairs, plus 6ft trestle table with table cloth for our bar. The backyard looked beautiful and we had so many comments on how well setup it was. Couldn't recommend You're Invited Event Hire enough and will definitely use Andy again for any upcoming events - I've already encouraged friends to use for their upcoming birthday parties.

Andy was fantastic and responsive over the phone to all of our wedding needs! We hired foldable chairs for the ceremony, tables and chairs for the party, 300 stemless glasses, eskies and bins, plus two space heaters - Andy organised a last minute replacement when they stopped working. All delivered two days before our event and helped down our steep driveway. Picked up two days after, including dirty glasses. Exactly what we needed for everything to run smoothly. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Very easy to organise, collect and return folding chairs that I organised for a book launch. The chairs whilst basic in design were very comfortable. I would highly recommend the organisation.

Andy was super easy to communicate with. For us being able to pick up our order was great as we only lived 10mins away from the factory. I did a lot of research on the chairs and tables I wanted and Andy was very competitive price wise and the security bond was very reasonable compared to other companies in Melbourne, and refunded the day we returned our items. Tables and chairs were in great condition and easy to put together/pack away. I just wish I got photos of the table and chairs together because it looked gorgeous. The last photo was in the aftermath of 12 7yr old kids running riot in the house but as you can see the tables and chairs were still standing. 😂
Would highly recommend you’re invited event hire and will use them again.
