Alexander was recommended to us by an another tour company as I was seeking personalized private tours for our group of 9 including a 4 year old and a 16 month old. I took that as a strong endorsement and reached out. After one email and one 30 minute phone call, Alexander sent us a menu of tour options for us to select from. We had one more follow up email exchange to determine which we should prioritize given our interests and we were set. It was that easy! Alexander then surprised us by meeting us at the airport when we arrived to make sure everything was as planned and stayed in touch as needed throughout our trip. We always felt like he was there if we needed anything. After our week in Berlin, all 4 of our adult children complimented the selection of tours and the quality of our tour guides. Overall, Alexander helped make our trip a complete success

Alex organised a trip for us in Berlin. The itinerary was great and included historical walking tours, museum visits, great places to eat (not easy for 60 people!) and fun places for some downtime as well including the best places to go shopping.

Alex was very easy to deal with. He answered my questions quickly and thoughtfully. It was clear he was trying to work out the best itinerary for us, not just the most expensive one. I’ve already recommended Alex’s services! There’s no better way to see Berlin.
