I Have used this company several times with no issues at all.
One of these was organising freight from Canada to South Australia. Dealing with a French Canadian speaking seller was difficult but the process with your freight agent was pretty straight forward and received my package undamaged with in 1 week
which was far cheaper and quicker than any other postal service I could find.
I have also had many items sent interstate and never experienced any issues at all.
Packages always arrived quickly and undamaged.

Unprofessional, unreliable, hopeless - do not use this company!
I (Buyer) booked pick up for 26/7 between 12 and 4pm, seller called them at 4.30 as noone had turned up.....apparently IT issues. Pick up was rescheduled to next day and again same thing- no one turned up, no communication- third try on Monday when seller received a call at 5pm that pick up would be next next morning 7.30am - FINALLY 2pm on Tuesday the seller confirmed the item was picked up. As per courier booking the item had been due for DELIVERY the Thursday before I now was trying to find out when the delivery would be. Called the office and incompetent staff named Josh incl a "supervisor" Hannah advised the item wouldn't have been picked up yet. I knew I could believe the seller who had confirmed pick up. I spent a whole day trying to chase up my item - no help or communication from the fright agent office.
However, got an email from them advising they'd try to track down my item and would need a few more information hours AFTER I had been delivered the item - absolutely unprofessional, unreliable and hopeless - all of their staff. Wished I had read the reviews before I booked through them. Hope they won't dare to withdraw any funds unauthorized from my credit card again as reported by other reviewers - I'll go straight to the police. Also "owner" of this company - unless it's an apology, do not response to this review with any rubbish as you or you staff did to other reviews. You are actually lucky that I'm not claiming a refund for a 1 week (!!!) delayed delivery.

I highly DO NOT recommend this company. We used them for a small shipment in July. After we booked the shipment and paid in full $269.50, they contacted us and advised that we need to choose another shipping company for some technical reason. They advised that we have to pay again in full, $278 this time, and they will process the refund for the first booking separately.
Well, still today, a month later I am still chasing the refund of $269.50. I called numerous times, but it seems that you cannot get past the front rep. All other distinguished personnel of this brokerage company can only be accessed via email. Of course, emails were sent but not answered. The service rep keeps fobbing me off with stories about the payment being processed but now I seriously doubt it. I just thought it is important to warn other people to think twice about booking any services with “Your Freight Agent”. It is not a reliable company

Don't even deserve one star. They couldn't complete the service I paid for, wouldn't call me when there was an issue, never followed up on issues, don't respond to emails once an issue occurs, promise refunds, and never deliver. I've been waiting for a refund since I cancelled on July 4th, 3 weeks after ordering a collection and shipping. I've emailed, called, used their live chat, and get the same nonsense about them increasing the urgency of my refund, yet no results.

If I could leave them a zero I would. We were using them for international air freight. For the most part it seem seemless until there was an issue with some customs duty charges. It was agreed that they were in error, we supplied the correct paperwork and a refund would be issued. The issue started to occur on multiple occasions, after multiple backward and forwards we never received any refunds. We ended up losing a significant amount of money and we took our business somewhere else. If there is ever a company that cannot be trusted this is it. The freight supplier we moved to has been a model of efficiency and shames the way this company is run. Beware of this company!

I had a wonderful experience with Your Freight Agent. I had contacted 20 odd fright forwarders (many in Brisbane as I was based there) but literally no one was as helpful as Andy. He managed to get me a great price to ship my personal belongings from Brisbane to the U.K, made customs clearance procedures as easy as it can for me and organised for the collection. DHL picked up my goods at a convenient time and it was delivered to the UK within 4 days, customs cleared without any hassle as well. Andy had even contacted me after to make sure everything went well. Really appreciate it mate, moving can be super stressful and the service was exceptional so thank you!

We booked a freight through website of this company on 11/3/2020. The order details as below;
Order ID: 275035
Consignment Note Number: OWS700115715
They charged us $336.36 freight cost and then said need extra cost for tailgate service on destination. As they have hidden the tailgate charges on booking, then we asked to cancel order and their staff named Penny said ok.
Today it’s 16/6/2020. More than 100 days past, we still didn’t receive refund from them. Sent many many emails without reply. Called them a few times, and their staff always said the refund will be issued in next week. However nothing with the refund so far. They charged us $336.36 without transport any item.

Very disappointed with their service. Would like to give them zero star or minus if I can.
