We finished our week down south at this lovely establishment especially because there was a Tesla charger. Having already stayed at an excellent B & B and a Spa retreat, this offered more. Although not as modern, the attention to detail re comfort was outstanding. There was a very comfortable bed and a bright, clean ensuite, plus a tea/coffee station with ample provisions, chocolates & wine glasses and good wifi. Nice extras were a microwave, Netflix, a desk and most importantly, 2 comfy armchairs. Our hosts were very friendly, offering info about the town as well as a cooked breakfast. Highly recommended.

Such a great place. Comfy, cosy, and just what you need for a short stay. The hostess is lovely. A very good cook for a yummy breakfast. Very nicely decorated with lots of creative things to look at, admired, and be inspired by. Would most likely be a nice stay in the warmer months too. The owners are helpful and are happy to share their knowledge.

Really enjoyed my stay, I felt so welcomed and looked after when I arrived. The breakfast meal was delicious, best bacon and eggs I've had in a long time. The room had all the amenities and was very clean and spacious. I'll definitely be looking to stay again on my next visit to Katanning.

Pure excellence. Beautiful African room. The bed was very comfortable. Louise and Theo looked after us as if we were Royalty! Breakfast was delicious. Thank you to both of you for your wonderful service. We enjoyed staying there and loved meeting you!

Fantastic place to stay if you’re out Katanning way. Rooms are fully stocked with comfy bed, comfy seating and nice relatively modern finish.

Lovely service and hospitality from hosts Louise and Theo is second to none! I had to be on the road early the following morning for work so wouldn’t have time for the normal breakfast side of things yet Louise made sure I was catered for and made up a fully stocked continental brekkie instead.

Would loved to be back next time I’m in the area!

Comfortable well appointed rooms with lots of personal touches and set in a quiet location and yet only a short walk to the centre of town.||The breakfast was absolutely scrumptious. ||Our hosts, Louise and Theo were extremely welcoming and hospitable, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.||If you are visiting Katanning, be sure to stay at the Yellow Gum B&B.

This is a little gem of a place. We stayed in the African room, which was very comfortable with 2 free bottles of water, chocolates, biscuits and tea, herbal teas and coffee. The house is set on a lake that we walked around. Louise and Theo are excellent hosts. The big breakfast was freshly cooked...Nespresso coffee...juice...cereal..jams as well as bacon, eggs which way, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans and toast...delicious. Highly recommended.
