Helpful, informative and most of all welcoming. Providing different attractions catering to the public. Only someone with true knowledge wouldn’t follow a script but give a perfect fit to everyone who comes for information. Not to mention beautiful postcards, maps and photographs of the exact area outside the centre 100 years back.

A really nice little info centre. The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable about not only the local area but much of Victoria and NSW too. There’s a few little locally made things to buy like soaps, honey, and cordial from Billson’s Brewery in Beechworth.

We are visiting the area for the first time. Helen at the Visitors Centre was really helpful. She took in to account the ages of our children and that we were travelling with our dog when planning the days. A fantastic start the the holiday. Thanks Helen.
