The team at Xtour go out of their way to make sure you get your dream van, just the way you want it customised. From the initial meeting, through build, handover and after sales, the team is to be commended. Our full off-grid and off-road van has now done a half-lap of Australia, seen the Gibb River Road and many other off the beaten track places and it has not failed us at all. This is a quality build and something you will get many great years of hassle free caravaning from. What minor items needed fixing under warranty were done promptly and without question. We had no experience but went by feeling and quality .Love our Xtour xpod . Support has been amazing back here in WA . Never have major issues but even the little things are resolved promtly by Xtour caravan manufacturers.They are on the East coast but still always respond promptly and help us at anytime.Can t praise them enough and our xpod is a little trooper with full ensuite even if only 15ft 6. Definately recommend this caravan manufacturer. Thank you Xtours.

We have now had our van for 24 weeks. In that time around 10 of those weeks it has been off the road awaiting warranty repairs abd there is on going problems yet to be addressed. Wish I gad brought a jayco.
