We went out for what we thought would be a nice breakfast. The meals were served without cutlery or serviettes. No salt or pepper. No sugar with the coffee. Ordered soft poached eggs but they were hard. Toast was dry. Advised staff, NO SORRY but they offered to replace the eggs we declined but asked for butter which was given to us boiled in its container. DEFINITELY a very DISAPPOINTING experience. We will never return to this unprofessional establishment again. They need to be trained in customer service.

Açai bowl before Reno’s vs after.
It used to take me 10-15mins to finish one, now it’s a third of the portion and took me 2 mins to finish for $19. I used to come here all the time for this. I will not come back again. I feel so scammed man what the hell…

Been here many times for coffee and this time we have some lunch here with my little family ❤
I loved the pasta and ma hubby enjoyed the salmon!. ❤
There kids meal is huge and chips is really nice it's fresh cook (usually some area serves old and cold chips)
That why my little girl was so happy 😊
Gonna try more foods next time❤

I usually love coming here—my coffee and food are always great. But today, I just ordered a simple toasted banana bread to go, and when I finally got to eat it, I realised it was completely burnt to a crisp. I had no time to go back, so I had no choice but to eat it, and honestly, I was furious. How does something this basic get so messed up? Really disappointing. Never again.

10.30am brunch. We ordered the Poached Eggs + Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs + Toast + Bacon. Poached eggs dish was stacked really high with half a tomato on each toast so was hard to eat, scrambled eggs were over cooked. Coffees were amazing
Had to request spoons for the coffees, and also was about to ask for salt & pepper but the eggs wasn’t nice so didn’t bother.
It was a hot day today so wish they had air con on but it’s not too bad

I came here today for the first time, normally I go to the one in Minchinbury, the hot chocolate I ordered was very watery and tasteless, it just tasted like hot water with cocoa powder, also the glass enclosure with all food displayed on the trolley, has flies lingering on the food, the staff in there is very ignorant of them. It is very off putting and we had no choice as we had already placed our food order. I hope you can train on your staff more hygiene in regards to it. Also the table we sat on was very dirty, we cleaned in ourselves as one one cared to clean after the previous customers left. So maybe get that practice in place like other places do, thank you!
