We booked a spa room, lucky it was room 18, the end room. The hotel has been renovated beautifully. The room was large, smelt very fresh and was cool after a long hot drive. The check in was friendly. Had a dip in the pool which was refreshing. The RSL is 5 minutes walk, Riverlinks where we had a booking another 5 minutes walk. Location therefore ideal for us. It was clean, the bed comfortable, the little freebies a nice treat. I wish there was an airport hotel like this! We really enjoyed it here and would be happy to return next time we are in the area.

Whilst my room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a couple of nice complimentary treats available, the service I received was lacking. ||||I wanted to watch Netflix but it was 7pm and I hadn't been told where to find the password. I noticed the QR code in the room so scanned it and tried using the password. It didn't connect. I called reception (info said to dial '9' on my room phone but there wasn't a room phone!) on my mobile and spoke to a woman who gave me different passwords for the wifi and a different one for the TV. I tried both after hanging up but they didn't work. I called back and was transferred to an after hours service who gave me another password which also didn't work. He said he couldn't help me as he didn't work for the motel, so I gave up trying. I don't know why I wasn't given the passwords at check in. The woman who checked me in was friendly enough but when I asked if she knew a restaurant that was open on a Monday night, she said she didn't and that I should google it. I had trouble opening my door as it seemed jammed but she told me to use brute force. No offer to help me. Not very impressed with the service.

Great and very friendly service. Stayed in unit within a block of units at rear of property. Unit was spotless, bed was very comfortable and there was a hotplate and micro-wave oven. the ensuite had a washing machine.||they had a beautiful touch with a bag of chips, 2 x chocolate biscuits and a couple bottles of water. There was no traffic noise.||I would definitely recommend this motel. 10 out of 10.

Wyndhamere motel was great for a one night summer stop. Reception hours limited but easy phone check-in for late arrival. Room was nice refurbished, spa welcome at the end of long drive, and a few complimentary welcome goodies. Compared to the very average Ramada Encore in Canberra the day before it was 100% better. It was hot so swum a few laps in the short pool in the morning, then on the way driving again refreshed

First room was separate from main property. Smelled stale and the entrance was not safe - small alley. I had to ask to move. ||2nd room air con was so noisy I had to ask to move. Again. ||3rd room bathroom drain smelled like raw sewer. Disgusting. ||Although the rooms I moved to were cheaper than the original room no refund was available due to booking site. ||Although I had to check out early due to smell of room no refund available due to booking site. ||Room and linen was clean. ||All staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Very Poor. This hotel did not respond to my message below or consider any refund so I'm leaving my message to them here for others to see...
$203.28 for 1 night in a family room.

"My family and I stayed at your Motel on Friday 10 Jan 2025

On Saturday morning there was no hot water available for anyone to have a shower and there was no one available at reception to raise the problem with.

Some ladies from the Motel apparently fixed the water at circa 9:30am claiming it was now fixed, with most people already having left and we were on the way out, no good for anyone staying the previous night. I spoke to various other patrons wandering around with the same problem before they left.

We paid good money to ensure I had these facilities for my family with the price of hotels/motels being fairly extreme compared to years gone by especially for a family room.
Can you please consider a partial refund of our charges to account for your failed equipment, it's not anyone's fault but this is what happened.

Stayed here for a night while up from Melbourne. Clean and well presented room and located only 10 mins walk from the city. Complimentary water and kit Kats provided in the room. Apartment was quiet and in room facilities were above average.
