I recently rented a balloon igloo from this company for my child's 2nd Birthday Party. After waiting for 20 minutes into the party, I attempted to contact them to enquire about their whereabouts. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone lacked professionalism and was challenging to communicate with. They requested me to resend email correspondence for order verification. Later, they texted asking to arrive an hour and a half late, without offering a discount, only suggesting to stay longer. The driver got lost, went to a suburb 30 mins away, causing further delays. Frustrated, I canceled the order, and although they refunded my deposit, I spent a significant portion of the party waiting for them. Their lack of apology and unreliability make them challenging to work with.

Your company was actually running 2 hours late for a 3-hour party, not just 20 minutes as your reply indicated. In frustration, I expressed that unless the service was complimentary, there was no point in coming, especially since children were already beginning to leave. Spending $360 on children's entertainment for only 3 kids seemed unreasonable to me.

I'm sharing this review as a precaution for future customers. If you decide to engage with this company, confirm and reconfirm your booking with this company in the lead up to your event to avoid any oversight or forgotten arrangements. Despite this issue, their pricing remains competitive compared to other companies.

Really happy with the service. Trinity was available for communication via text on Facebook or via phone contact. The jumping castle was great quality, kids absolutely loved the 2 slides and it was affordable. We would recommend to others and definitely use again in the future 🙂 thanks so much!

Beware…
I was excited that I found decorations for my daughters 6th b’day party.
I was promised delivery, which didn’t happen due to unknown circumstance.
So I was told to go pick up the items myself.
Once I arrived, they didn’t have all the things that I had ordered.
I was told to take what was there or to leave it.
Plus my deposit was not returned.The man was determined that he keeps my deposit.
So I left in tears,stressed that my daughters party was ruined.I would never recommend or trust this business.
