This was an awesome place to work at! They put people first- their clients and workers. A great small tight knit team of support workers who look out for one another and do the best they can to support people. Management really operate from a purity of position in that care is at the heart of all they do. They really invested in their workers and went above and beyond to build a strong culture, where people are encouraged and empowered to fulfill their purpose and passions. It’s not hard to see that their purpose is to help people live better lives and this is honorable. All the best!
