Vincenza, is our managing agent at WT Newey. Everything comes back to people and Vincenza, is a consumate & active manager of our Strata. Always Contactable and Directs and controls our annual & special meetings in a really professional
manner and her ability to act promptly and communicate with the strata committee is why our Strata is run well.

Excellent efforts delivered excellent results . The efforts that Mark went to in order to sell our property absolutely provided better results than we expected. Mark was always available to answer any questions and give guidance and was always professional and courteous in his dealings both with ourselves and prospective buyers.
His follow up, and attention to details with prospective buyers I believe was how we managed to get such a good price on the day.
Mark also guided me through the process of selling the property, lowering my stress levels considerably.Highly recommend.
