I recently attended a dear friend's wedding organized by WP Miller Special Events, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The wedding planner exhibited a startling lack of attention to detail and professionalism throughout the event.

Firstly, the groom's name was misspelled on the wedding program, an oversight that reflects poorly on the planner's attentiveness and respect for the couple's special day. This should have been a straightforward detail to get right, yet it was glaringly incorrect.

Furthermore, the event was severely understaffed, causing significant confusion during arrival, cocktails, and seating. The lack of adequate staff not only disrupted the flow of the event but also left guests feeling neglected and frustrated.

The dinner service was chaotic and disorganized. Despite seating arrangements being meticulously planned and entrees RSVP'd for in advance, the staff seemed completely clueless about the guests' orders. This led to confusion and frustration among the attendees.

To add to the disarray, bread was not served despite butter being placed on the tables. When we inquired about this, we were told that the kitchen was far away and it would take a while to bring the bread out. Such a basic element of the meal being mishandled is simply unacceptable.

Overall, WP Miller Special Events failed to deliver the level of service one would expect for such an important occasion. The inattention to detail, lack of preparedness, and insufficient staffing left a negative impression on what should have been a seamless and joyous event.
