I had to change my review as I was happy with booking speed, but I was wrong about the Worldmark agency. I've bought a ticket in July 2023, 2 months later in September I called to cancel. Melissa (she is professional, friendly, and deserve all respect) said they have to deduct AUD 500 , I had to think about it, called few days later to cancel, Michelin (never reply to emails, told her that she didn't care, unfriendly), said they will deduct AUD 650, I asked to talk to Melissa, but Michelin didn't let me. I went for the cancellation, waited for 3 months and half but no refund, I called the agency and talked with Melissa , she helped me. I got my remained money back after almost 4 months.

Incredible service with Worldmark travel. Smooth and transparent process with the bookings and not to mention super affordable prices for amazing holidays. The team were able to answer every one of my questions they are very experienced. They emailed and printed the itinerary for us and went through it step by step. Never felt more easy to get the ball rolling for travelling!! Definitely recommend Worldmark travel if you want a smooth sailing easy and affordable holiday.
