Horrendous customer service for online orders. Won’t respond to you after multiple attempts to try contact them and won’t send out your order unless they finally decide to respond (takes weeks). If you actually want your product you paid for and a business who will communicate with you take your money elsewhere and don’t bother with this place.

This place is the WORST place to get school uniform. Imagine buying your child’s uniforms weeks before the class start to make sure my child has everything on his first day. Yet the is place until now have not given us my child’s rain jacket. More than 3 MONTHS! I have been calling and following up about the jacket, many rainy weeks and days had past and yet still no jacket! Every time I call, they always said “WE WILL CALL YOU BACK AND UPDATE YOU” but not even 1 call I received from this place. It’s always me who follows up and ask about the jacket. What kind of BUSINESS are you doing? Why sell uniforms that not even 1 staff do not know what Customer Service is?

If you can’t deliver the order, call your customers! No t a single apology have I received from all of the staff! Close your shop if you do not value your customers!

Amazing service and excellent help to get me into a new pair of boots and work pants. They had plenty of options for pants and shorts the are stretchy and comfortable. The staff were a great help showing me all the different makes.

The customer service at workin gear schools Fyshwick is atrocious. I ordered school uniforms on 20 December 2024 thinking that would be plenty of time to receive my order before school starts in FEBRUARY 2025!! How wrong I was!
Despite NUMEROUS phone calls to follow up my order, I finally received a message at the end of January saying my order would be sent and received before Friday 31/1. I rang on 31/1 as the order was not received only to find out that they had sent my order to a previous address despite me having my CORRECT address on the order form.
Workin gear schools refused to re deliver my order, and insisted I had to go to Fyshwick and pick it up. I can not get to Fyshwick hence ordering delivery for the order.
There was no attempt to try and correct there wrong. The schools order person would not even communicate with me herself, the wrong you stuffed up the delivery address, instead she made a polite young man talk to me and try and work it out.
Disgusting customer service, absolutely the wrong way to run a business.
I will NEVER use this company again.

Workin' Gear is the only place I go to for my work kit. The staff are always friendly and eager to help if I have any questions. Always fast and efficient instore. Always get me sorted when I need them. When I thought I picked up the right size, got em home and didnt fit, happy to exchange no dramas

Do not buy from this brand, they are absolutely disgusting at customer service and if an item is faulty expect you to pay for postage for the return (this was after two months of waiting for a response!). On top of that with shoes that are broken they expect to be shipped to them first at your own expense before you can get any replacements (even after clear photos!) so you can go shoeless if you are using them for work! Absolutely horrendous store policies. Be warned!!
