This branch of Woolworths has a good selection of grocery items. The shelves are always well stocked and clean. Staff are courteous and attentive. Self checkout is a breeze. Their fresh seafood section leaves a bit to be desired though.
If you want to avoid the crowds, go during off peak hours of 9 to 12 and 1 to 4.

It's only a woolies supermarket. Everybody who worked here is trying to make a living. I tried not to leave a bad review because I came from a retail background, but it has been twice that I have been treated by the female manager (grey long ponytail, bulk build, middle aged) at the service counter in a way that she clearly didn't want to help and make her staff look bad in front of me and other customers. The first time she refused to offer a refund of a water hose where it says 3 year warranty. She asked me to go back to the supplier to get my money back. I told her if the world runs this way, I will go to farm to ask farmers to give my money back if I'm not happy with my fruits and veggies. All other staff are friendly except this manager. Disgusting.

Dont normally review places but thought other shoppers should be made aware of the state of their local woolies. Was at the deli and noticed a bunch of flies buzzing around the meat slicer and a couple more flying inside the counter. Upon closer inspection I noticed a dead fly in the chopped ham. This woolies used to be decent but of late had declined rapidly. Seeing the state of the deli combined with some other negative experiences has prompted me to shop elsewhere now. Hopefully they can clean up their act.

I had a very bad experience with Woolworth's online sale with this store. I ordered on Monday by mistake, I chose Tuesday pick-up time. Not any call came From the store when u picking them up. I went on Saturday to pick up my order on staurday. Ordered was put back on the shelf which was fine. I just want to ask the store manager if the order never deliver or was picked up fours days already why you guys didn't refund? The store manager listens to the story from the staff and came to see me. I start explaining what is actual inquire about if I never went in the store or what gonna happen to my payment. But she didn't give me a chance to ask her a question. Stop me with an attitude that gives me a feeling of racism. Unless I went in the store I never gonna find out how I will get my refund. I was speaking very nicely. We do exist. If the skin tone is not white it does not mean we never gonna get a chance for an explanation. I had this type of experience in front of my 6-year-old daughter and I cried. She was asking me why the lady didn't let you speak. connected with woolsworth for a long time and second orders online. Never ever gonna buy from this store.
I wish store manager should listen me and give us respect.
