Unbelievably racist. The workers there have the tendency to participate in racial profiling. I am white and I get questioned about the goods in my pram, while an Asian customer carting goods in their trolley will not.

Just because a white person stole from your store doesn't mean EVERY white person has the same agenda. Do better.

Consistently poor customer service, both at the self checkouts, and at the service desk. Staff are either rude, chat with each other while you are waiting for help, or ignore you completely, even when I say thank you. Unsure who the store manager or managers are, but there seems to be no training here on customer service.

Also, main entry is closed an hour before closing time, with no signs to say the exit can be used to enter the store.

Range of products is fine. Prices fairly standard.

A great store to buy almost anything. They have one of the cheapest and most competitive prices compared to other woollies that I have been to. All the fruits and veggies are cheaper compared to other woolworths located otherwise. They have discounts often and fret not if you miss the great discounts because they will be back! They also have a great variety of vegetarian frozen products which is nice to see. They also have a good range of Asian products. It can be very crowded at times. One thing they need to improve on is topping up the alcohol wipes for their trolley. Otherwise a great place to buy your groceries.

This wws is totally different from others. They have more variety. I bought some fish fins that I never see from other shops, and cooked with a misu source. What a wonderful dish.

Ask the trolley guy if I can have a trolley and get told I can’t help you with that. I don’t have any coins on me. Better off shopping in Cole’s. Useless
