My room here was lovely. Such a visual paradise of trinkets and artwork. The bed was comfy. The room and amenities close to perfect. A great setup for a long stay, a treasure to behold for a short stay. Unfortunately, my stay was way too short, but given the chance, I would definitely stay here again. As a nice touch, the owner put the electric blanket on for me because I was arriving late, and made sure I had enough tea, coffee etc. The back yard is lovely too.

We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in the Katanning area. We were in the town for one night with our two young children and we were delighted with the room, location and service at this B&B. ||||The room was really big and lovely - the en suite was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the room had some lovely little touches that made it feel very cosy. ||We had the room that had a view into the garden which is beautiful - really charming and well maintained. ||||There was a lovely breakfast served in the dining room - with choices of cereal, fruit, juice etc. We were really pleasantly surprised to have a delicious egg and bacon served too - having experienced below average cooked breakfasts in the past.||||Woodchester really is very charming - it is cosy, inviting, and clean and makes a very welcome change from the usual motels and hotels that can be found in similar towns in WA. ||||It looks as though a big Dome hotel is being built just up the road and we really hope that this gorgeous B&B doesn't lose business because of it. It's these charming places full of character that really make a trip special and it would be a shame if that was lost. ||||Woodchester is an asset to Katanning and we'd recommend anyone stay there. Thank you for a lovely stay for our family, we will definitely book again if we're in the area.

The reviews continue to be 100% accurate. Beautiful, comfortable rooms, friendly hosts and fantastic breakfast. No better place to stay in Katanning. We had 2 generous sized rooms for myself and my 2 young adult children.

I'm so pleased to see the Woodchester B&B on TripAdvisor. I stay there when I go to Katanning which is several times a year. Rosemary and Eric are really lovely hosts and look after their guests very well. Beautiful rooms - large, spacious, well equipped with everything you need for an overnight stay. Great breakfast in the dinning room with dainty cups and proper silverware. Staying there is always a wonderful treat.

I was booked here by the Education Department for one school term to work as a relief teacher when staff got stuck in Canada by CoVid flight constraints .

This place was delightful. My unit was so beautiful with stained glass lamps and gorgeous furnishings and a luxurious bed.The old dog greeted me cordially at the end of each work day.

The gardens are glorious.

I can never thank the owners enough for their "loverly" hospitality. I came down with a wretched flu and had to vacate under health department orders as a precaution. My fever was quite high. This darling woman made me Chinese Chicken soup and left it by my door to avoid exposure. She refused pay for this extra kind service.

They are such beautiful people. If you pass through Katanning do not miss this gem!

Travelled from S.E Queensland for work but felt right at home with wonderful hosts and a welcome that almost made me not miss home..almost. Fantastic accomodation, fresh veggies and eggs and wonderful hosts Rosemary and Eric and of course Branson the dog who took me for a walk most evenings. Highly recommend.

Stayed at the Woodchester B&B on our last visit to Katanning in WA. What a unique and delightful place to stay. We had a lovely ensuite a small sitting area with TV and Tea and coffee making facilities. I highly recommend anyone going to Katanning stay there.
