Lovely staff also has an art gallery. However, it's the only Tourist Information Centre we've been to that does not stock local souvenirs such as fridge magnets, stickers etc, in fact the State Coal Mine was the only place in Wonthaggi where we could purchase souvenirs.

The Wonthaggi Centennial Centre is a Visitor Information Centre, an Art Gallery and a Gift shop. It is operated by completely by volunteers and is a great place to find out about what to do in Wonthaggi. The Art on display is by local artists and of a particularly high quality. This is a must stop place if you are in the area.

Beautifully designed centre and nicely set up both indoor and out. The ladies were very helpful in helping me find the start of the railtrail between Wonthaggi and Kilcunda.

3 long vehicle parking bays for caravans. Short walk to centre of town and short walk in the other direction to skatepark. Bunnings across the road.
