Last weekend I attended the WEA Pilates Retreat in the Hunter Valley, amazing weekend.
Katrina and Sharon certainly know how to turn it on, we did five Pilates classes and one water Pilates, breathe work session ending with us all having an ice bath. Friday a wine and cheese tasting then Saturday long lunch at another winery then to top it off a massage before departure on Sunday.
Katrina and Sharon are a well-oiled team they think of everything and everyone, I love being part of WEA and enjoy every adventure I have done with them. Checkout the website I'm sure you will find your next adventure.

I had the pure joy of embracing the Ultimate African Safari and Gorilla Trek with these amazing women. Every detail was looked after. From jeep safari's in the Masai Mara, Kenya to witness the Great Migration, trekking to stop time with Mountain Gorilla's in Uganda, travelling solo within a group, the girls at WEA, are simply incredible at what they do. Kat, Sharon and the team, ultimate dream to adventure with!

I had an amazing time on the WEA Nu-Leaf Retreat. It was so well run, with fun activities, challenges, scrumptious food and sharing it with a fabulous group of women. I wouldn't change anything and am looking forward to the next adventure. Well done Sharon & Katrina.

I went on my first WEA Adventure in October last year. A 2 night trip on the Six Foot Track in the Blue Mountains. Both Katrina and Sharon were so professional, encouraging and full of fun. Defiantly stepped out of my comfort zone but was so worth it at the end. Thanks ladies for helping me realise I can do things for myself sometimes

I recently completed the Six Foot Track in the Blue Mountains with Kat and Sharon from Women Embrace Adventure for the second
time and I cannot stop raving about what a fantastic experience it has been with them.

These ladies are so positive, welcoming and encouraging to each and every person that joins in on their experiences that you can't help but want to join in on all their adventures!

Where do I begin with what is so great about this company? OK, here goes: wonderful attention to detail, warm and friendly owners and organisers, a diverse range of adventures, laughter - so much laughter! - and out in nature. I go to all the adventures organised by Women Embrace Adventure by myself and never feel left out. I can't recommend Sharon, Katrina and the company highly enough. Come join us for fresh air, connecting with nature and enjoying the riotous company of other adventurous women.

Learn to Sail with Women Embrace Adventures was such a great experience & adventure. Interactive skills learnt were easy to understand, the WEA staff and Sailing crew were amazing and everything was very well organised. Met lots of lovely ladies & had a very yummy lunch afterwards. Great way to spend a morning. Can't wait for my next BIG adventure.
