Just called in on the way from Sydney down to Wollongong to rescue 1 of our drivers then we had to do the Macquarie pass in a 48 foot semi that was a eye opener, I've done it 30 yrs ago in a car but first in a prime mover

We went to sit outside after ordering coffee. The reason we sat outside is my daughter has special dietary requirements and can’t eat the food from the cafe and we’re told we can’t sit outside at a table because they’re strictly Halal! What does eating off foil without any of the cafes dishes have to do with being Halal?! We didn’t use any of their equipment and had our own food and utensils, are we living under Shariah Law all of a sudden?! The way we were spoken to was a disgrace and we will never go to this cafe on our family trips again. We’ve gone there every year and never experienced this type of discrimination.
