Unmatched services from the second I walked in, Olivia the receptionist was welcoming, informative and tended to us with a smile and care.

My mother was in severe pain and had to taken by ambulance to be admitted into hospital and the experience between (Auburn) hospital and WISE was night and day.
The receptionist was abruptly rude and condescending notifying us that there would be a 5hr wait at least so I decided to take my mother to WISE, and needless to say best decision I've made. From the receptionists to the nurses to Dr Ken, they were all attentive and tended to my mother right away. Recommend WISE to anyone and everyone!
A small fee for the best health Services in Sydney, hands down!!!

The reception staff was lovely - I presented with a toe that I hurt, sprained ankle on my other foot and just a simple request to listen to my lungs as I had a flu that lasted 2 weeks. The triage seemed fast too. They took my ops, did an ECG and did x rays of my feet. I had high expectations that the doctor can simply look at all that data and tell me what happened, how I should treat it and then I could leave.

Then things started to go wrong. One nurse gave me a bed. Another one took my blood and gave me a cannula. The doctor came after a short wait and seemed confused why I had a bed and also a cannula (he actually asked me why I had a cannula as if I would know). He didn’t even check my x rays first before coming and he didn’t ask me where it hurt on the toe, just pressed down on the spots he was interested in and asked me if it hurt at those spots. He didn’t ask me anything about my flu but did listen to my lungs. He had an assistant that he talked to after he examined me, to write down his notes, but he barely talked to me directly in the consultation room about what he had found from his exam. Then he left to look at x rays, which he should and could have done first.

The nurse came back to remove the cannula, which had been a useless procedure. Then came a very long wait, which was hard with an active toddler. Eventually, we found a nurse, who had to tell me instead of the doctor, that there was no fracture on the toe and apparently we were waiting on bloods, which I didn’t even think we needed as we mainly presented with a toe that I had hurt, sprained ankle and request to listen to my lungs.

So we tried to leave after another long wait as I had to settle my toddler to dinner/sleep and by that time, it had been about 3 hours since we arrived. The receptionist found the doctor who came into the reception area, he repeated what the nurse had already told me, that there’s no fracture but still didn’t actually tell me what I had done to it & how to treat it. He suddenly also had the blood test results we were waiting for. He still didn’t say anything about whether my lungs sounded clear or not.

So I paid around $400+ for the experience and now to have to make time to see a GP to tell me what actually happened to my toe and if there’s anything I need to do for it.

Took my daughter Stephanie to Wise this Friday and had a great experience. Dr. Ciaron Ferguson was extremely professional and patient. He explained everything in detail and took the time to make sure I fully understood what was going on, which really helped put my mind at ease.

My dad, who used to be a doctor but doesn’t speak English, was with us. Dr. Ferguson patiently waited while I translated for him and even asked if my dad had any questions, which I really appreciated.

The level of care and respect we received was outstanding. I’d give this hospital a 10/10 — definitely worth the money.

Our family is more than happy to travel 1.5 hours to go to this clinic, especially when you’re seen in under 20 minutes, you have an assigned doctor, nurse, all tests are done fast (results back too), there’s a plan and there’s considerable care. No one wants to have to go to emergency care, but this place is great. It beats waiting at a “traditional” E.D for hours on end, by a million. I wish there were more clinics like this!

I would give it -10 stars.

I had an ankle injury and went there to see the doctor. They told me that everything was fine and that rest would fix it. They don't examine you properly. My ankle was very swollen, and I told them that I couldn't move my toes. They dismissed my injury, saying everything was all right and that if it didn't get better, I should see another GP after a week.

If they had carried out a proper examination and not dismissed my concerns, perhaps I wouldn't still be waiting to have my ankle treated. After visiting another GP a few days later, I was sent for an MRI, which showed that my tendons were dislocated, there was a tear, and surgery was required.

Thank you, Wise Clinic, for being so poor at what you do. Good job.

Visited Wise Macquarie Park this morning for an Infusion. Great service from wonderful Nurse Jane & Dr George & the girls. Everything thoroughly explained. Clean, modern, lovely clinic & treatment room. Jane is a huge asset to this facility. 5 stars for sure. Thank you.

So quick , efficient, got my results, referrals to specialist and MRI all in the on spot.
Max, who did my ultra sound was brilliant. I have had many over the years and I can’t highly recommend him enough. So professional and validating.
Dr Sunny was lovely, very thorough in listening to my needs and highly knowledgeable.
Definitely worth every cent.

Initially treated quickly and well (one would hope so, given the price). I was given a referral for an MRI for my 10 year old daughter in case it was required (told to get an MRI on ankle if still sore in 1 week as there was a small chance of a fracture to the growth plate). Was still sore after a week, so arranged an MRI as a precaution. Heard nothing from WISE for at least two weeks after the MRI (we then called and asked them for the result whilst visiting our Chiropractor). When I called WISE they wanted me to make an appointment to discuss the outcome of the MRI and I sad that I was with my Chiropractor so wanted the result to show her. They did not want to send the result, they wanted me to make an appointment with them. I said no as it was not convenient (further away), and asked them to make the results available to my Chiro. When the Chiro received the results, she was shocked to find out that my daughter had a fracture on her growth plate and that WISE did not inform me (knowing that she was a Representative basketball player). My daughter was very very lucky that she did not damage her ankle further as she had continued to play not knowing that she had a fracture, which has now healed. She does however have a very weak ankle as she should have done more rehab before returning to play. I do not recommend WISE as it appears that they are more interested in money than their duty of care to the patient.
