Absolutely disgusting service! I booked a day prior for pick up from a wedding for 10.30pm. For two adults and two kids (under 6). After 20min called to see where it was saying it was 20min an away. I did this about 5 times. Taxi didn’t turn up until 1.35am !!!! Thankfully the wedding venue had a guest house that others were staying in so we could put our kids to sleep on the lounge but I am so disappointed in this service. A real shame on this company. I refuse to use it again.

We used this taxi service several times during our stay in the Hunter valley, both pre booked and last minute trips and they were fantastic, always on time and friendly. We even went for a walk one evening and one of the lady drivers spotted us and pulled up to check if we wanted a lift as she was heading where we were going.

Could give Zero stars booked them while visiting hunter valley for a weekend phoned them for a five min drive from a wedding venue to Rydges resort was told by the lady it would be 20 mins no bother 45 mins later no show phoned back told your taxi is the next one it should be on its way hour rolls by try phoning them no success then after another 20 mins booked an Uber which showed up within 5 mins despite their only being a few in hunter valley have to say not suprised when I read all the reviews on here seems they don’t show up for locals or tourists like me

Make a booking weeks in advance and the taxis are late picking you up by 20 mimutes for a wedding (2 x 10 seater maxi taxis )
and then late again for the return trip terrible service, worst taxi service in the Hunter Valley!!! Please don't book this company!!!

Excellent service. Rang up and within 10 minutes of getting off the phone the taxi arrived. Driver was a great guy and wouldn’t accept a tip.

Reserved a taxi 24h in advance. After 30mins of waiting, we booked Taxico and they arrive before Wine Country did. Save your time waiting on this company and just book Taxico

Absolutely horrible. plan B? Better call for a Plan C, first taxi to get me to my destination took 2 hours, calling a taxi home took 1 hour still no sign of a taxi, 2am 13 degrees, surely they are not that busy. The company’s reply “well who’s fault is that”. Honestly you are better off walking even if it’s 3 hours, you’ll get there before this taxi service does. They honestly do not deserve 1 star. I cannot stress this enough, walk to your destination.

Booked a taxi 24 hours in advance for a birthday dinner. Ten minutes after he was due to pick us up the driver rang to say he would be at least another 20 minutes. Had to drive ourselves to the restaurant. Certainly affected the evening’s enjoyment.
