I see a couple of very negative reviews here. There's more than one travel agent at Windsong. I guess they don't all have the same standards?

I have been thoroughly impressed by the service I have received from Nick (out of the Bellingen office). He has been friendly, responsive, given me plenty of options, and even personal advice as he knows one of my destinations himself. He rolled with a couple of last minute modifications and stepped up to finalise a few details that I had been going to look after myself, but that in the end, he did far more efficiently than I could have.

After trying a couple of travel agents in Melbourne for this particular voyage - which is complicated - and getting pretty unenthusiastic responses, I am so glad someone recommended Windsong to me.

They are my travel agent now.

I love booking flights and accommodation through Windsong Travel Inverell. The helpful staff at Windsong Travel are friendly, helpful and professional. I know I can rely on them when I need to plan a trip away and this makes things quicker and easier.

They get one star but it should be none. International flights stuffed up 3 times flights all wrong people who we are travelling with have been put on different flights when my flights leaves in the morning and the people who’s travelling with me their flight is in the afternoon. Seating arrangements all wrong. Been to office over 10 times spent hours on the phone and they have stuffed it up again. 10 days before the flight and thousands over what we were originally priced. Worst experience ever.

1st. Visit, fine, after that forget it. Almost impossible for them to get back to you. The most unhelpful travel agent I've ever dealt with. I'll be dealing direct with flights, rail ect. from now on.
