From the moment we set foot inside Willow & Stone, we knew it was the one. The venue was perfect, and Leish, Carlos & Laura made sure that our wedding day was everything we’d dreamed and hoped. Every aspect of our day was delivered to perfection, and working with Leish and Laura was professional, friendly and just so helpful. No question to Leish and Laura was too difficult (is the basketball ring still there?), no request was too troublesome (we need an ironing board!), and these two made our day run like a dream.

One thing we wanted in a venue was ‘everything in one spot’: Ceremony, Cocktail hour, and Reception. We wanted our guests to have a party with us, and W&S was a perfect choice for this. Every single guest has commented on how perfect the day was, and how stunning W&S is.

Willow & Stone is an outstanding venue. As a result, we have the most stunning pictures we’d hoped for. And the dance floor rocked all night long.

We cannot thank you enough for making our day special. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I don't even know where to start! I fell in love with W&S via instagram (before I was even engaged), so when the day finally came to choose our wedding venue, W&S was the only option. The minute we meet Leisha and her team, we knew we were in the best of hands. Our big day was perfect! Everyone was so kind and helpful and you could tell that they wanted to give us the most memorable day. The grounds were exquisite and even the rain couldn't dampen anyone's spirits! The whole process was such a personable experience, we felt like we were saying goodbye to friends when our wedding weekend concluded. From the moment I walked into this venue, I knew it was the venue of our dreams. The beautifully manicured estate grounds, to the stunning bridal suite, everything about this venue is perfect. Leisha, Laura, Carlos and the whole W&SE Team, WOW! You guys are absolutely incredible. Even when things didn't go to plan, not once did you make us feel stressed or anxious which is every brides dream.

If you’re reading this review, look no further, you have found your venue - It doesn’t get any better than Willow & Stone Estate!

The venue itself is stunning! With a backdrop of majestic willow trees, lush planting and bluestone paths that lead you from one well-manicured lawn to another, it is easy to see the love, care and attention to detail that Leish and Carlos have invested into creating a space that is truly memorable.

This same love, care and attention to detail flows through the planning phase and organisation on the day. Leish, Laura and Mia created the most magical day for us! From recommending Charlton Catering (we can still taste the slow cook lamb!), to designing a drinks menu to match and adding some fun personalised cocktails; a hit with our guests!

The best part was that they gave us the ability to be completely immersed in the day and to be present with each other and our family and friends. Things can always pop up in the background, however Leish and Laura were on top of every element to make sure the day continued to run seamlessly.

Lastly, the whole team at Willow & Stone Estate are genuinely happy, warm and kind people!! A wedding day is a very special and important moment in you and your partner’s life and choosing the right vendors is essential. We are beyond grateful that we chose Willow & Stone Estate as they created a day that we will look back on with so much joy!!

We cannot even begin to describe how wonderful our experience at Willow & Stone was! Upon viewing the venue and meeting Leisha, we instantly felt that it was the perfect place for our wedding. It encapsulated our vision of a beautiful garden wedding so perfectly. We truly feel blessed to have had the privilege of celebrating our special day here. Leisha, Laura, and the team were absolutely phenomenal. In the months prior, James and I were honestly blown away by Leisha and Laura's attention to detail, positivity, warmth, and thoughtfulness. They would always make themselves available for a phone call and answer all of our questions. We felt so relaxed and reassured, it was like catching up with old friends on the phone. We feel honoured to have worked with you both. The wedding day itself was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have asked for more. The coordination by Leisha, Laura, and the team was flawless, and James, myself, and our guests felt so special and looked after. We loved everything about Willow & Stone, especially the bridal suite, personalised cocktails, and the flexibility and customisability of the space! My husband and I stumbled across Willow and Stone Estate in 2020 while searching for our perfect wedding venue. We had a long list of venues to look at with Willow and Stone being first on the list, the first time we saw it our jaws hit the floor. Safe to say we cancelled all of the other venues and booked it that day! Not only is it the most beautiful venue but Leish and her team/family are the most amazing people to deal with and go above and beyond to ensure your wedding day runs perfectly. From the accommodation to the photos, ceremony and reception this venue ticks all of the boxes, the amount of work the team put into making the venue what it is is unmatched. We could not recommend it enough! 😁
