We loved the small size of group tour with 18 people. Everyone was punctual in getting back on the bus on every stop. The itinerary was great, covering quite a few of the scenic viewpoints along the way to Pinnacle especially allowing us to be on each site for 15 or 20 minutes to stroll or explore. Picnic dinner provided after sunset was quite elaborate. And last but not least, our driver/guide Erin was amazing, knowledgeable and organized. We appreciated her very much!

We went on the great ocean road, reverse tour with lunch, it was amazing. Missy picked us up on time, quite a few pick up locations. Missy was great very informative and friendly and made sure we didn’t miss any wildlife or photo opportunities. Beautiful scenery and a well planned day with lots of stops with enough time to explore. Make sure to bring snacks as it’s a long day, the lunch and morning tea on the reverse tour was great but you’ll probably need extra sandwiches for dinner time. Everyone is well looked after as this tour is a small group, and there is even wifi on the bus.

Had a wonderful time on this all day tour and recommend to anyone looking to explore the Great Ocean Road for the first time. Our guide was friendly, approachable and thoughtful of the group and our experience. He offered fun and informative information along the way. The 12 apostles were magnificent as was the short hike in Melba Gully. We saw koalas, wallabies and birds. Grateful we only saw snakes on the sign. 😀

We took the Great Ocean Road tour departing from Melbourne, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, Ilkay was punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful. His positive attitude and enthusiasm shone throughout the entire tour as he shared fascinating insights about the region’s flora, fauna, and history.

The Great Ocean Road itself is breathtaking—truly worth every moment. One of the highlights of the journey was the opportunity to stop at multiple iconic and picturesque locations, each more stunning than the last. A particularly special moment was spotting koalas in their natural habitat during one of the stops, a memory we’ll always cherish.

The trip was both enjoyable and fun. Thank you so much, Ilkay, for your great energy and for generously sharing your knowledge with us.

Fantastic trip and highly recommend if you want to explore the Great Ocean Road and Grampians. Craig our tour leader was great and very informative. We stopped at lots of different places and the views were incredible. Lovely and friendly group of people on the trip and it was really fun 2 days.

Had the best time at Phillip Island! It’s been on my bucket list since I was little, and Fiona our tour guide made the experience even more memorable! The Koala conservatory was really enjoyable - we spotted not just all of the cuddly koalas but also the swamp wallabies, echidnas and gorgeous birds like the fairy wren and cockatoos. At Nobbies, we had the most beautiful walk by the water while Fiona helped us spot all the gorgeous penguins who were sleeping in their burrows. Seeing the great crested terns feeding their babies and learning about the cape baren geese from Fiona was an absolute highlight here. To round off our day we spent a couple hours at the Penguin Parade - and it was absolutely gorgeous to say the least! Fiona helped us spot blue penguins coming out of their burrows before the sun went down and then we watched them come up the shore in rafts! They were so adorable and it was incredible to observe their behaviour and all the beautiful sounds they made to communicate with each other. All in all, it was such an incredible experience and it was a pleasure to have Fiona guide us with her knowledge of the island and all its amazing biodiversity

Highly recommend traveling with this agency, a tour guide was kind and amazing and even helped us take pictures!! Most importantly, along the way, he shared so many stories like history or his experiences that you wouldn’t expect. Love it!!
