I recently went on a Cape Woolamai scenic cruise, and my experience was rather average. The scenery was nice, but there wasn't anything particularly outstanding about the tour. The boat ride was smooth, and the guides were informative, but overall, it didn't leave a lasting impression.

I just did the Sunset cruise from San Remo.
It was absolutely fantastic and a great way to spend a couple of hours!
This was my second Wildlife cruise and it definitely won't be my last.
Every thing was lovely, the food, the crew, and the singer, Jimi Kempsey was outstanding 👌 👏
I highly recommend Wildlife Coast Cruises!!!

Must do if you are in Philip Island. We had wonderful time. Crew and captain are very friendly. We have sightseeing of dolphins, seals and whale. Love it.

Staff all very lovely, knowledgeable and helpful, boat and bathrooms all very clean. We went on the dolphin and whale cruise start of July definitely rug up layer's, beanie and gloves, bring snacks or purchase on board. We did see whales from a distance and dolphins right beside the boat the trip was 3h and sick bags provided if needed so don't worry bout that haha. Was a great trip well worth it for sure

Unpleasant Cruise Experience: A Caution to all wanting to book especially with small children.

My recent cruise booking turned into an absolute nightmare, leaving me bewildered and stressed beyond belief. The barrage of conflicting emails regarding weather changes not only overwhelmed me but also led to a chaotic situation with my two children under 3, all because I ended up at the wrong port.

Despite my earnest attempts to explain the confusion and request a switch to another cruise, the company's response was disappointingly inflexible. I was informed that no managers could approve the change until Thursday next week, leaving me hanging with no remedy for the immense stress caused.

To add insult to injury, Jackie, the uncompassionate staff member handling my case, had no empathy for the situation. She nonchalantly mentioned that the usual manager, Jess, wouldn't be available until the following Thursday, almost a week later. This lack of urgency and compassion left me in a frustrating predicament, especially considering the financial implications.

I hope to hear from Jess, the manager, regarding the missed experience and the lack of assistance. Despite booking and spending money on an activity that never took place, there was no room for help or understanding. It's crucial that staff members have the authority to address issues in the absence of a manager to prevent customers from feeling stranded and upset. Looking forward to a resolution, hopefully before Thursday.

Strongly do not recommended. Very poor experience! Extremely misleading.
"On August 3rd, a group of 8 of us, 5 adults and 3 children, saw the advertisement and specifically booked a car from the Melbourne city to go on the tour as most of guests are overseas tourists. The title was 'Whale and Dolphin Watching Cruise.' However, after sailing for about 15 minutes, all we saw were some rocky landscapes. For the remaining 3 hours, there was nothing but the vast ocean with no other scenery. It was only about 20 minutes before the end of the return journey that we saw a small black dot in the distance, and the captain said it was a whale. Personally, I think it might have just been a small dolphin, as it was very small. I don't believe it was a whale. And it only lasted 2-3 seconds, so there was no time to take a photo. I don't think this cruise is even worthy of being called a "scenic cruise." And totally over priced for an adult fare of $130 with this
a kind of cruise.

Wasn’t very fun, the captain thought it would be a great idea to ram straight into the docks

The customer service experience was not very good. The cruise only operates 4 days a week but it was not mentioned on their website, I also specially called them to get all information still they didn’t tell me about it. We went to San Remo only to find out that the cruise is not operating that day. Such a waste of time. The operating days should be clearly mentioned as first thing on their website so that people can plan their trip accordingly.
