The Wilder Minds team is AMAZING. From when we started planning about a year and a half ago, Delaney and Demi have been the most incredible people to work with. Their attention to detail and organization made everything run so smoothly, all their efforts and help truly made our wedding feel like the perfect day. Delaney is incredibly creative and when I was unsure about some details, she absolutely nailed it with her amazing ideas. It felt like she captured our vibe as a couple and was able to create the atmosphere we wanted. We booked the partial planning package and it was so worth it!

It was an amazing feeling to have all the planning and details come together the day of. Where do I begin to describe how amazing Delaney and Morgan are?! Delaney was the main lead planner for our wedding and was with us for about a year and a half planning every detail of our wedding. Delaney went above and beyond to help my husband and I pick an amazing vendor team. She communicated with our vendors regarding decisions and helped us review contracts. Most impressively is Delaney’s eye for design. I had a vision and she took it and ran with it. She created our dream wedding. I was so in awe on wedding day I was basically speechless. On wedding day, everything went perfectly. If anything did go wrong, my husband and I had no idea. Delaney, Morgan and Demi were there to help us every step of the way. The wedding planning process can seem stressful but not with Delaney by your side. Not only did we have an amazing wedding planner, but we gained a friend. Wilder Mind Events helped me create the absolute wedding of my dreams! The amount of moving parts that comes with planning a wedding is UNREAL. I was so anxious about it all at first. I didn’t even start planning my wedding until 11 months after getting engaged!!! It felt too overwhelming to even get started. Then I found Delaney. After our first phone call, I really did feel a weight lift off my shoulders. She was able to make everything sound simple. I really did not think that could even be possible. Isn’t wedding planning supposed to be stressful? She has really cracked the code. She had the cutest lil templates to keep all of my vendor contacts organized. We eventually created a timeline too! I loved it. I was able to send it out to all my close family before the wedding. They all thought it was very helpful! Delaney kept me on track while planning and booking vendors. Her and her team have planned a LOT of events, so Delaney had so many recommendations and expertise. It really made my life so much easier!
It was really helpful having someone with so much wedding knowledge on my team. She is truly an amazing person as well. Delaney was able to ask all the right questions to really understand my vision for the day. While I know she has lots of clients, she somehow was able to make me feel like I was her only one. She was always so quick to respond and it really made me feel like I could rely on her. She's such a gem. There was so much she managed to do behind the scenes throughout the entire process and on the day of. They are THE BEST wedding planning team and I could not recommend them more!!

From my first call with Delaney, I knew immediately she was the right choice for us. She is the perfect mix of prepared and organized—while also bringing levity and calmness to a complex and detailed process— that you just won’t find elsewhere. Her presence immediately made me feel at ease, and I know others looking will feel the same way.

Leading up to my wedding, Delaney was so helpful with decision making and ensuring I was staying on track and organized. I’m a bit extra and my wedding had many vendors and moving parts; Delaney was integral to keeping everything cohesive. She helped me with questions to ask vendors and served as a sanity check or venting point MANY times. She is so incredibly patient and flexible, even when people around her are not. Her team even stepped in somewhat last minute at my request to help with my rehearsal dinner, and everything went off without a hitch. Every vendor throughout the wedding process that she recommended was fantastic.

The wedding weekend, every member of my wedding party commented on how organized, friendly and helpful she was; especially compared to wedding planners they have worked with in the past. My maid of honor even sent her a text telling her so! She and her wonderful assistant pulled off my aesthetic vision flawlessly; it looked better the day of the wedding than it did in my head! She helped talk me through a few stressful moments on my wedding day, and I can’t imagine the day without her. I am so grateful to have had her as a wedding planner and friend, and simply cannot recommend her enough. If you’re even considering hiring her, JUST DO IT! You deserve for your event to be stress-free, and Delaney will get you there.

The biggest mistake you could make when it comes to wedding planning is not investing in a wedding planner!!!

This team! Truly rockstars. It doesn't matter how organized you are, there are so many details that truly the pros know best. So many of our wedding guests commented how chill my husband and I were the day of the wedding, and it would not have been possible if it wasn't for Delaney, Demi and Morgan. They had so many awesome ideas, so buttoned up and organized and SO FUN. I truly felt like we were all friends hanging out. I would recommend them to anyone!

Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered.

We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70+ videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! Having the Wilder Mind team behind us took so much stress off our plates and the cherry on top was that they made us feel like celebrities throughout the night!

At the end of the night, back in our hotel room, exhausted and deliriously happy - we both agreed, working with the WilderMind team was some of the best money we spent for our wedding.
