I have never dealt with a business that has been so incredibly rude towards its customers. Not only do the people who run this company take an incredibly long tile to respond to booking requests, they are not polite or professional with their responses. We received some very passive aggressive emails (if that’s what you could even call them) with one line responses, essentially blaming us for attempting to book a property that already had been reserved. Just pay the slightly extra money through Airbnb and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these horrible people.

I booked accommodation nearly 3 months ago and received an email saying someone would be in touch to confirm. I still have not received confirmation or any form of correspondence from wild escapes, despite multiple emails and messages on their website. I have also tried calling and the number is disconnected.
