Having a birthday in December can often be a difficult time of year having to fight with a multitude of functions. The Wicko made booking and organising easy and hassle-free. They checked in before the event, during the event and after and made everything run super smooth. Beautiful outside venue, great music space and friendly staff.
Would recommend this venue for any next function!!!

This pub is an icon and one that shows local music talent as well as some Sydney talent.
The food is great and staff are on song.
Some of the best nights out in Newie. Never stayed in the rooms so can't make a call on that one.

Had a wonderful day watching Eric Grothe and the Gurus and tge grandfinal.Food was good,beer was cold,friendly staff and a happy crowd.I shall return!

We came here for a birthday party and sat in the outdoor area. The food was great and the staff all went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. It's a nice place to be on a warm afternoon before moving inside to check out the band and other entertainment. Beer selection is not bad, and there should be something there for everyone.

Nice beer garden, friendly service, great pub food - the chef really knows what they're doing.
Downside, a lot of the Wicko customers give me the heebie jeebies straight out of Michael Jackson's Thriller video 😳
