Stayed six nights at this hotel... the rooms are absolutely tiny. The floorplan of my room had the door, then immediately a large sitting chair for some reason, the dining table squeezed in, a tiny kitchen and a bedroom with no space to walk around. There's nowhere to put your things, I had to rest my suitcase on the dining table for lack of space. I specifically booked this hotel because it had a kitchenette, but it was missing a lot of things required to cook meals.

I had to go to the reception for clean towels twice because they weren't replaced. I asked for more cooking utensils and was told there were none. When checking in, the receptionist looked at my ID and asked if it was really me (my hair is a different colour now) and asked for more proof of identity. Whilst the underground carpark is convenient, that would be the only positive of the place. Definitely won't be back.

We had a pleasant overnight stay in an executive suite. The staff are very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. They offered us a look at the room before we checked in to ensure we were happy with it. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would be happy to stay here again.

Never got to see a room. Was booked to arrive on night of Public holiday and contact refused to accommodate me despite a corporate booking confirmed the previous week. In the 3 hours I spent waiting on the street outside, I observed rats running along the walls and clients at the motel next door engaging in various illegal activities. Not a savoury area to stay. Hope the locks are solid.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Food crumbs from previous guests in the cutlery tray, food stains in the fridge, hair in the fridge, mould in the shower, BLOOD STAINS on the bed linen. And the owner has the audacity to say I'm too fussy. Seriously? Expecting a serviced apartment to be clean with no food or blood stains present is being fussy? ||||The car park is very tight, if you have anything larger than a sedan, you'll have a job getting your car parked.||||Rooms are very very small. The photos are very deceiving. I checked out early and asked for a refund of my full prepayment. The owner refused so I had to get airBNB involved and they also agreed the property had breached cleaning protocols so I got my full refund. ||||Go to the Quest Mont Albert, it's a 3 minute walk from this property, it's clean, the staff are friendly and the car park is huge!

Do not stay here! ||||Don’t be fooled by the pictures online - the rooms are very small, TINY sitting area and no natural light with only one small window in the bedroom making it very claustrophobic. This includes the car spaces, the only car that would fit comfortably was a hatchback. ||||The rooms were very dirty, mold in the showers, dust/dirt everywhere and there was a noticeable stain on the sheets. The water pressure in the showers was inconsistent, pulsating between hot and cold constantly. ||||To top it off the reception staff/manager was extremely rude. We had a late check in due to an event, so the keys were left in a lock box - the manager called the room phone VERY early in morning, waking us up, demanding that we come down asap to properly check in or we would be kicked out. Extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating. ||||There are much better hotels on the street, avoid the place at all costs!

Hotel room was book from 1/4/2024-3/4/2024 . The people who lived next to my room started to make noise from 3am , I couldn’t feel asleep.I rang the Nick Sha, who worked as reception in the hotel 5am and tried to ask him if he can talk to the next door customer to stop making noise. Because they have been making noise from 3am till now .The staff was so rude to me ,he said there was no one worked in the hotel during the night and nobody will come to resolve this problem. Also he complained me I shouldn’t ring the hotel 5 am in the morning.

He asked me to
1.knock their door by myself (Which I did but not working )
2. Wait till 9am . But their office hours 7:30am -9:00pm during the weekdays .
3. Move out in advance because they booked 7 days ,I only booked 2days.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. This property is extremely small, including the car spaces which there are not enough of and are at an additional cost. Deluxe room is not so Deluxe with no sitting/lounge area. We booked for 4. The two single beds are in the kitchen. Could hardly walk around the Queen size be as the master bedroom was extremely small. No rack to put suitcase on. Kitchen very handy but not clean, non stick cookware all scratched which is extremely unhygienic. We won’t be back there again.

We booked what we were told was a 2 bedroom apartment. We were very let down when we arrived to find that it was actually 2 studio rooms that were interconnecting. We have 2 young children and the make up of this interconnection was just not practical. Thank goodness we only had 1 night booked. Each room was very tiny and whilst it does have a kitchen (more like a kitchenette set up), there is no lounge or sitting area, so you basically have the kitchen along one wall and then a tiny chair and table in a very small little cove (which only seats 2 people). The bedroom is immediately next to that. ||This may suit some-one travelling on a business trip, who just basically needs a bed and perhaps some space to make something to eat, but it certainly is not a space that a family could use for any extended period. It was a very expensive stay and well over priced for what it is.||The car park is terrible. We have a 4WD and to try and park in the car park was absolutely horrendous - it is very pokey and the access in and out of each spot is very difficult to navigate if you have a larger car. I'm surprised that it actually passed Council regulations.||The staff were nice enough and the room itself was tidy and modern but unfortunately for us, it was far too tiny and we would not recommend it for a family at all.||It is reasonably close to Box Hill Shopping Centre which has a train station and a stack of shops! The trams also run directly out the front, so easy to get transport.
