Awesome location just a 2km walk to surfers paradise.
The beach is just across the road, and the tram system is a quick walk down the road.
The 2 bdrm apartment was spacious with everything you need. Just like being at home.
Most of all the Hosts Lillian and the other manager (sorry I forgot your name) were so accomodating and friendly, nothing was ever a problem and just overall beautiful people. Thank you for the stay

We enjoyed our stay, close to beach suited our needs.
Beds comfortable, but pillows were a bit too big.
Curtain tracks need replacing, very difficult to open and close.
The manager Lilian was amazing, very friendly and eager to please, thank you Lilian 🌸

Stayed with a bunch of friends for a convention. Found the location very handy. Rooms were a great size and very comfortable. What made it for us was the property manager. Lilian was very responsible, incredibly friendly and even extended our late check out which came in very conveniently with our delayed schedule. Highly recommend!

Good value hotel in a great location in Surfers Paradise, about a 20 minute walk to the main shopping areas and a lot of nice dining locations nearby. It can be quite noisy in the area, we had some early wake up calls to a variety of things as the apartment is not very noise proof and the bathroom was a bit of a hot box with no fan. Definitely a good and affordable stay though, parking included was 100% a win.

Very well priced apartments in a top location!
Perfect size, clean, ideal location, free undercover parking, massive tv (for who that matters to ☺️), and amazing customer service by Lilian the property manager.

Location, location, location
3rd year of staying here when we visit GC for Judo. Easy everything we need. Walking distance to Broadbeach. Shirt drive to Surfers. Clean, friendly service. That's why we keep coming back.

The apartment building is in an excellent location a few metres from a beach with life guards. We didn't have a car, so the closeness to the bus and G-train were also perfect.
The property manager, Lillian was welcoming and gave us good tips about amenities in the local area.
The apartment was spacious and well lit. We loved that the bathroom was huge. The kitchen with a dining Island/breakfast bar was great.
The shower and tub were old and need a refurb. (Apartment 3D)

Stayed at wharf boutique apartments on October long weekend 24 . The hotel was situated 150 m from the beach and in between surfers paradise and broad beach . We had a 2 bedroom unit with ensuite which was modern and clean. The property had a heated pool and spa and a tennis court. It was close to a convenience store as well as a beach cafe. Lilian that managed was very helpful and polite and was glad to accommodate our needs.
