Very helpful. We had to delay our trip and the staff were very helpful with arranging apartment keys. I then left my keys in the apartment upon departure and they were very quick to let me know. Unfortunately I did not listen to my voicemail and the staff promptly posted my keys back to Sydney. Thank you
