We celebrated a birthday at Ballroom 1. The waiting staff were very helpful and courteous. Food was excellent. A special thank you to Sharon (host for event night) for being so helpful and attentive throughout event. She’s very kind and friendly. Also Cathleen is very helpful and kind. Overall I would recommend this venue for any special events.

We had a celebration at the bistro and our waitress with the curly ponytail (don’t catch her name) was amazing as well as another waitress, Kaitlyn. Such good customer service. Thumbs up to them!
Food was great, there is a new Sunday surcharge that customers should be made aware of, it was a bit of a shock, but other than that everything was great thanks to the wonderful staff!

Went for a Christmas get together with the wife's gym friends. 20 people in all. We all had a great time. The food was great and came out in a timely manner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff kept us informed about what was happening and when it was last drinks. Lol. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the Paella.

I had an excellent experience at Westwaters! The food was delicious, and everything was cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. I highly recommend trying their King Prawn Linguine – it was absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back! Would like thank to Chef Gene and the Kitchen staff well done guys!

I went with a group of 6, and we all enjoyed the various meals except for 2 of the meals.

The vegetarian/vegan mushroom steak wasn't good. I wouldn't recommend this place for other vegetarians.

Another person had the raspberry chocolate lava cake for dessert and said it was bland and there was no chocolate lava centre.

All other meals were great, though we'd recommend to aboud the 2 options mentioned above. The customer service was great too!

Extremely dissapointed. Spent $420 for dinner with 9 people. 4 of us ordered steak all of which took forever to get there and all were over cooked and tough. The server was not polite and didn't even smile (clearly hates her job). Then to top other off a $38 surcharge due to being a Sunday that wasn't advised or advertised at the table. Wont be returning due to this.

We go to the restaurant at least once a week because it’s walking distance from home
But after last night that will stop now
The problem is they can’t cook eye fillet steak. They had 2 goes of it last night and still got it wrong, cooking rare steak should not be hard to cook, so my partner couldn’t have any thing to eat except a few veggies
2 hours to wait is not on .
The lady manager did her best and was very nice but she’s up against it if your cooks can’t cook

Don’t go to the pokies here, horrible rip off! I spent 1.5 k in one night. One machine alone selfishly took over 1k with no fair return, so much for the 85% return! Only one machine returned $100, but had to put lots through it for that to happen, all the others I had a go on just took & took, & took, utterly disgusted! I will never visit this place again. The only thing I enjoyed was their fish & chips. The carpet is daggy, the service was slow at cashiers, standing there for 10 minutes, no worker in sight! Also one guy I asked a coffee from was rude saying “you’ll have to wait”.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from this hole of a place! Better ones out there!
