I had a really good shopping experience at Westfield Kotara. They provide ample parking facilities for the customers however will be charged with parking fee those who parked car for more than two hours. This shopping mall consists of different international brands and shops other than normal shops like target, coles. If you are gourmand it has all types of cuisines such as Chinese, continental, Vietnam.

This shopping centre! offers a fantastic variety of stores, from popular fashion brands to unique boutiques. The layout is easy to navigate, and the atmosphere feels clean and modern. There are plenty of dining options, whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a sit-down meal. Parking was very busy needing to circle the car park a few times, managed to find a spot on the roof top parking, the customer service at the shops I visited was friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a great place to spend a few hours shopping.

Found what I wanted but be prepared for a long long walk.
Not enough floor plans of the complex. Arrow directions are less than perfect. Parking packed but what do you expect a week before Christmas!
Staff on general helpful about directions. Don’t be afraid to ask!!

My group of friends had lunch, then went to Event Cinemas, then had a coffee after movie.
Cinemas machine said that, as l was a Westfield member, l would get 4hours free parking. I was charged $8 as we left.
Disappointing as we were using 3 facilities at Westfield- Cafe, movies, cafe..
but still got charged $8 for parking.
Damper on a good day out.🤨

I was contacted by the Centre and due to issues with a machine all was resolved. I have coffee vouchers waiting for next time l'm there. Good to see they follow up politely and efficiently on issues raised.😀

I will admit it has been a while since I have been to Kotara and I will not be returning anytime soon. On a 30 degree plus day they do not have the air conditioning on in the actual shops (staff begged me to complain as centre management are not listening), it was too hot in some shops and I had to leave. We actually left and went to Charlestown Square. There is no Westpac, McDonalds or KFC and some of the food shops were closed and too hot on the roof top terrace. Barely anyone in the centre in the middle of the day but yet insist on charging for parking. If this centre is to flourish encourage people to stay by removing parking charges and turn on the air conditioning.
