We absolutely loved the Easter activity planned by this shopping centre, as it was different to the usual stuff planned by other shops. For instance, the kids had the opportunity to paint a Marvel character (everything provided by the centre) and there was a separate area to sit down and complete the activity too, in case they were at maximum capacity. The staff was very kind, helpful and kids were very entertained (not the typical egg hunt! ). Please keep planning amazing activities like this.

I love the mall. Any chance you could prune this hedge down to fence height? The roundabout near McDonalds is quite a blind intersection for folks arriving from Liege St in small cars.

Huge mall with Coles, Woolsworth, Target, Kmart and many other shops. Even had a bubble tea shop at the food court, along good jap food and Vietnamese food.

Open carpark has bigger lots near the entrance to park our motorhome.

As a regular customer, I’ve been here all the time and got no complaints. But this morning I went to shopping and realized that I lost my wallet. I went to the lost and found center (concierge) to ask if somebody found and handed to them with little hope. It was Incredibly lucky that my wallet is there, I was in tears coz everything important is in that wallet. The lady at concierge is nice and has service mind. Thank you for the kind person that handed my wallet to lost and found and happy with the great service they have. If I can give more than 5 star, I definitely would.

A huge thank you to Susan Ang at Westfield Innaloo! While our kids were running around, Susan noticed us and kindly offered for them to join the kids’ craft zone for some drawing. Her thoughtful gesture not only kept the kids happily engaged, but also made our shopping experience much less stressful. Excellent service—thank you, Susan!

The Centre management staff at Innaloo are all fantastic. Especially Susan. She's always friendly and kind and goes above and beyond to assist me with my disabilities when hiring a scooter. Thank you for your ongoing support. There are not many centres that still have options for people with special needs. So thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Great pirate themed playground with kids arts and crafts activities held on special occassions. Received a beautiful rose on Valentines when I downloaded the Westfield app. There is also a kids car hire for younger kids.
