Completely incompetent, misleading and lazy. Western Travel provided false and misleading advice and information to our family, and now because of their laziness and ineptitude and arrogance, my parents are stranded overseas. Happy to take your money when booking. But don't care after taking your money. DO NOT TRUST. BUYER BEWARE. WESTERN TRAVEL CAIRNLEA I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE INDUSTRIAL OMBUDSMAN FOR UNCONSCIONABLE BEHAVIOUR AND MISLEADING PRACTICES. I SHOULD REPORT YOU NOW. BECAUSE OF YOUR ADVICE MY PARENTS ARE IN A STATE OF CHAOS & UNCERTAINTY. IF ANYTHING TERRIBLE HAPPENS TO MY PARENTS I WILL START PROCEEDINGS TO SUE YOU FOR UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW ACT.
