Successfully completed my MC License with Western Roadtrain Driver Training.

My experience with the Western Roadtrain Driver Training team has been exceptional. Friendly, great communication from office staff from initial booking right through to completion of MC license. Trainer Steve was very thorough with his training, covering all aspects of what I required and focused on area that I needed assistance with. His guidance set me up for success on my assessment.

Assessment day, like for everyone is always a little nerve wrecking, however, Darco made me feel at ease with his calm approach to the assessment, detailed explanation on what will be expected of me and confidence boost that really helped me pass the assessment.

Thanks to everyone who was involved in the process, from start to finish. 5 Stars all the way, highly recommend.

I'm so glad I made the call to Western Roadtrain. Huge career change for me coming from Local Government Corporate Finance background. I was so nervous on day 1, but quickly put at ease by Emilie and Millie in the office, such lovely ladies. Any queries I had were greatly received with a smile. Nothing was ever too much for them. I had 3 x trainers throughout my experience, which enabled me to gather a wealth of knowledge along the way. Trainer Steve and Trainer Dan both gave me the ability to get driving with some great tips. Huge shout out to Trainer Paul with his fab people skills/knowledge for bringing all I had learnt together so that I could pass my test. Overall, it was a positive experience and a great start to my trucking career. Thank you so much, guys! 😃

I recently obtained my HR license, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! My instructor, Paul, was fantastic. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable and confident, creating a relaxed yet focused learning environment. His clear explanations, patient guidance, and practical tips ensured I was fully prepared. Paul’s professionalism and knowledge were top-notch, and I genuinely felt supported throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, I passed!!!!! Highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to get their HR license! Emilie (admin) I couldn’t be more impressed with her professionalism. From the moment I made my initial inquiry, Emilie was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire process seamless by providing clear instructions and promptly answering all of my questions.

Steve is an amazing trainer. He did my HR training a few years ago as well as my MC training earlier this year.

I had a great experience getting my HR-B license at this driving school. The girls in the office were super friendly and made me feel at ease, not to mention the calm, determined and professional instructors. I recommend it 100%💪

My work booked the HR with these guys a few weeks ago for 3 days, not sure on how much it was.

Was very nervous when I got there but Emilie in the office greeted me with a big smile and helped me with my paperwork.

Met Barry who made the drive so chilled I forgot I was even nervous.
He had great people skills and if I did anything wrong, he didn’t tell me off but suggest I could do it another way.

We had a good chat while I did blockies of the area.. (which was a good place to train, busy at times, an industrial area to be able to do reversing with less traffic, also school zone and even an 80 section with lots of round abouts, a bit of everything to practice with)
Anyways by the end he told me how good I did, which was so nice to hear as most transport license people only like to tell you the bad stuff you did.

Next day I had Marco and he showed me a few new things and was nice.

And the 3rd day I met Dan, who was great not only cause he passed me but cause he made it feel like a drive around the block with a friend, even though he was professional, I didn’t feel nervous or any pressure which was a breath of fresh air.

Thank you again to all who helped me get my HR and I’ve already recommend you guys.

Successfully passed my HR Road Ranger with these Guys at first attempt this week,I had Steve and Paul as my instructors and both were great and very calm and patient in getting me passed out and the two ladies in the office were really lovely,will be coming back in a few months to do my MC licence with them.

After a rather unpleasant experience at a different company months ago it took me a while to build up the confidence to reassess for my HR-b license.

My buddy recommended WRDT so I thought I’d give them a go, and to say I was happy with the outcome is an understatement.

Everyone I dealt with was amazing from Emilie in the office, to my instructor Steven, to my assessor Marco.

Calm, reassuring with clear and simple instructions. From start to finish the whole experience was first class. I will be recommending this company to everyone from now on.
