I would say Westate Property is the worst in-terms of etiquette and client management. I applied for a property for a lease and put my application through but never got a response whether it was successful or unsuccessful. I chased it twice and both of the times, the customer service was pretty rude and when i asked for an update, they told me that somebody has been already approved. I asked them why there was no response after the finalisation as we’ve been hoping this entire time to get it but the lady asked my name and she told me that she will be forwarding the email now. I do not understand why the company didn’t notify as being unsuccessful rather than putting everyone into a false hope? And does it have to be a phone call for getting a response every-time?

Reply: Hey Troy mate! Looks like you want to put a shade on what your company does but please at least, try to speak the truth.
If you closely read my comments then, you would be able to find out the lady that i was referring to was your phone operator in customer service, not your property manager and while you said that, my application was not completed initially, please find the screenshot that confirms that my application was submitted. The funny thing is this whole application submission process won’t let you to submit the application until you fill out reference, finances and every other thing that you have covered and yet to be covered. So, instead of going back to the clients with made up answers, it’s better to actually put some corrective actions.

I cannot fault westate and our amazing property manager Shannon!
Her service was 10/10, she was always able to communicate well with me and if I ever needed to get into contact with her or there was an issue with the property she was on it ASAP!
Westate were very welcoming to us. If we didn't have to relocate to another town we would of absolutely stayed renting through westate and eventually brought through them!

Took my whole bond, paid over 1500$ in cleaning lease cleaning
