We have been going to this RSL on Thursday nights and it’s always been an enjoyable place to visit particularly because we can let the kids run around and they have a great time. The people are nice. The food is nice. We had a band this time and whilst we didn’t mind the music it was way too loud and we couldn’t hear each other. Dampened the experience. Would be good if the band turned their volume down by half. We are not visiting a rock venue.

I’ve always liked this RSL, however if you have a neurodivergent child like I have, keep a close eye on them if you let them go into the kid’s playroom and select a toy- my son brought out a truck and was pushing it around the main room when there weren’t many people there, and I took my eyes off him for a minute, only to look up and see him being yelled at by a woman not to “trash our toys”, and that “we have to buy all of these toys and we don’t want the likes of you trashing them”. My son was very upset and scared by this woman, and I thought it might be helpful to have a sign up in the playroom telling children not to take the toys into the main room.

Had the best afternoon at your Club today! The meal l ordered was delicious, followed by some very talented karaoke singers.
Dee & Graham make fantastic hosts! Your Staff made me feel very welcome too! Thank you everyone!
