Staff were great, I went to Wyndham to the Western Treatment Plant to go birding. You have to pick up the keys there to get access, They were so helpful.

Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. David was able to provide me a wonderful map for walks in the area. He also shared some of his historical knowledge of the area as he told me about the guided walks which I am really looking forward to joining.

The lady was more interested in where we were from rather than what we wanted to see and do. Once she had that she left and went over to a different counter. There are heaps of brochures there though which is helpful.

Also annoying that you have to drive all the way to the zoo to the visitor information centre. It should be in the centre of Werribee.
