I hadn't had Wendy's in years so I was delighted to find this one at my new local shopping centre. I'm also delighted that they're still using quality ingredients and making delicious thick shakes after all these years. Good one, Wendy's!

I'm absolutely horrified at the lack of hand hygiene and glove changes. Serving customers with blue gloves on, taking cash and giving change then with the same gloves on making hotdogs. Taking things out of the draws touching food then money again with the same gloves on. I've sat here now for half an hour and two out of three staff have not changed gloves at all! Calling worksafe

Absolutely shattered over this and absolutely discussed... I was very much enjoying a sorbe that I had got and brought home, just to find a hair with in it, after I'd already been eating away at it. No, this was not something that had just floated on in and landed on it, this was IN it. And there is no one in my house with black hair... threw the rest out 🤢🤢🤢

Stopped by for a cheese and sauce hotdog for lunch. Hands down the best basic hotdog. It was reasonably priced and easy to stop by if you need to get some groceries at Woolies.

Got there today at 4:30pm and ask for a hot dog and even though the guy in front got a hot dog the staff said there was none left which i called bull shot

went last week and got a thing of chips, cheese and gravy. was charged $15 for it. went today and got the same thing for only $10. i asked for ‘chips cheese and gravy’ and the server gave me a weird look and corrected me ‘cheesy chips and gravy.’ i wanted regular grated cheese but instead got chips gravy and liquid cheese. my boyfriend told them that we actually wanted regular grated cheese and they made him pay another $10 for a new one. didn’t even get to keep the old one.
don’t be going again. the inconsistency in prices, the rude staff and the lack of communication and respect. ridiculous.

Stay well clear of this place. Once you've ordered and paid, make sure that you check the transaction. Wendy's are sneeking in a 28 cent surcharge for using their EFTPOS machine. Not for the 28 cents, but they are milking their customers and getting away with it. Shame on you Wendy's! Then their excuse is when challenged that there is a sign that stipulates a surcharge.
