Okay so avid Wendys fan, grew up with this but i am sorry $9.50 for a barely filled cup of soft ice cream after getting asked the same question 6 times. I reiterate 9 DOLLARS AND 50 CENTS FOR MELTED ICE CREAM!

Went to have Wendy's been in a long time surprised you don't have hotdogs, so no shaken dog, but definitely have a wide variety of other selections. We enjoyed our fairy bread treats, and we definitely would say you don't see that often. The food and drinks were good, the young man who served us was extremely polite and lovely.

Wendy’s Bass Hill was amazing! The only place I was able to order ice cream cake over the phone a day before my daughters birthday. The guy I spoke to (sorry for not taking down your name) was so helpful over the phone. He explained the process and also provided some recommendations. I was quite impressed with his service and friendly attitude over the phone.

Highly recommend as the ice cream cake turned out beautiful and a hit with the kids and adults!

I would recommend to give yourself a couple of days to order as the online process is quite straight forward with plenty pictures, selections of flavour as well as quick process.

Thank you so much and highly recommend to anyone who prefers real ice cream cake!

I will continue to go here, as its the only wendys near me. As you can see in the photos added, this is megashakes from a store a
near wollongong when I lived there, literally overflowing with the chocolate etc. There's like only 1tsp or if that and it's like shredded not chunky of chocolate on the bass hill megashakes, not satisfying enough for the amount you pay for it, Yes everything is going up, but let's be fair about it. Please add more chocolate bits/ chunky to your megashakes bass hill wendys. Please.

Customer service is great.. the problem is they made my ice cream cake flavour wrong, I ordered a chocolate ice cream cake & they made me a cookies & cream, this is why I gave 3 stars.. My son is very disappointed, he love chocolate not cookies & cream. I still don't know how can they made it wrong if they wrote it down on paper what I want, this is a first time I ordered a cake for my boy from wendy's & they made it mistake. Not happy about it
