Barry, the licensee of this business is the most arrogant and entitled real estate agent I've ever interacted with!

We called to discuss the purchase of a high-value property (though the price is relevant) and the sale of another two, we didn't want to give full-names due to privacy initially until we'd signed a contract and he refused to discuss anything with us - the purchase OR the sale of OUR property.

Albany's a small town, use someone else who cares about the region and not just their commission.

We went to two home opens in little Grove over two weeks. There was a home sign on the property with a cancelled across it. Rang the mobile number on the sign without a return call back. In my opinion the biggest time wasters I've had the displeasure to deal with. I would give them a miss unless your desperate. Must have it too good and too easy here in Albany.
Not sure how to react so I'll do it here.
We came to Albany for a month with a positive attitude to purchase. Yes we did go to 3 real-estate agents as through experience they generally are not keen on selling with other agencies listing because of them loosing money. We will wait now for 12 months and see what the market reacts to Trump. It is very unlikely for us to purchase through any of the three companies that we made contact as they showed no interest and totally no respect

If you rent a house through Wellington & Reeves in Albany you can say goodbye to your bond regardless of the condition you return the house in (even after a professional clean).

Invoices charged incorrectly that were then removed on questioning.
Invoices charged for things not on the outgoing property report and with no evidence given.
