Good clean large rooms in a modern building. Very comfortable. Friendly manager. Aircon worked. Good location with easy parking.

Mary on the front desk extremely personable. Visiting staff very friendly. It was very clean, the cleaning lady was exceptional. Would definitely recommend it.I spent 3weeks here and was extremely pleased. Great work to all the employees many thanks ?

Very poor customer service she had the audacity to call me disgusting, in front of people to humiliate me for not cleaning up the room, when it’s her job to clean the room that’s what I am paying for, she never cleaned my room the whole two weeks I was staying there. Very rude lady. She told me l don’t care and she took photos to share with others to degrade me, she spoke to me in a tone as if I broke something or stole something in the room. and I will not recommend staying there. Her name must be Karen!!!! She made my stay very unpleasant.

Great rooms and a lovely pool long enough to do laps. It's straight across from the bowls club and golf course for fun, drinks, and meals. I'm not sure on price as it was paid for by my employer, but it's a great place to stay regardless.

Great motel, best in Weipa. Clean, quiet and modern rooms. Expensive though but that’s Weipa. Biggest issue is the only staff I saw were the lovely hard working cleaners. No reception, no food or bar, no nothing! Don’t stay here if you want convenient meals as you won’t be happy. Also, I had to literally call a mobile to have someone come and check me in. Very odd, especially at the high prices.

We stayed in Weipa two nights. The first night at Weipa Motel and the second night at Heritage Resort next to Woolworths.
Weipa Motel -Rooms were nice and clean. The lady on the front desk was very unhelpful. They advertise that there is a restaurant there but it’s not open and hasn’t been open for a long time. They also don’t help you by letting you know that the Heritage Resort has a bar and restaurant open for breakfast and Dinner with nice pub style meals and very friendly service. Huge meals.
