I had the absolute pleasure of working with WPP for my recent October wedding and it was truly the best decision I could have made. Having gotten engaged NYE 2023 and knowing we wanted to get married the following fall in upstate NY we knew we needed to hire a wedding planner to help us plan our perfect wedding in only 9 months. We booked their partial planning package and it made the planning process so much more enjoyable.

We were so lucky to get to work with so many members of the team in the process. Shannon helped us with our venue search by helping us narrowing down what would work best for us which was so important since we were planning an out of state wedding. Eliza was phenomenal to work with and helped us to find amazing vendors to work with and there to answer all of our questions along the way. Their incredible in house designer, Margette, went above and beyond to bring out vision to life, sometimes interpreting what I wanted before I even knew what it was. She not only tied all of my napkins into bows she also helped me source a special bar for the martini bar so I could have the vintage look I was imagining. We could not have pulled off the most perfect day without the whole team.

The entire team is exceptional and I can not say enough good things about them all. Thank you for making our day truly special and unforgettable.

I cannot recommend Wedding Planning Plus enough! From the beginning, Alex was so helpful, professional, and organized - and her knowledge of vendors and venues around the Albany area was invaluable as we were planning our wedding there remotely from San Francisco.

She was there for us throughout the entire planning process to keep us on track and bounce questions off of when we had them (and we had many!) Her patience and kindness really shone through on the many emails we exchanged and calls we had leading up to the big day.

Because of Alex, our wedding weekend went off without a hitch - she was there to keep us on track, help set up for the reception, and get our vendors situated. She even fixed a small wardrobe malfunction before the ceremony rehearsal and drove us around on a golf cart to make sure we weren’t late for anything (thanks again, Alex!!)

We were able to relax and celebrate on the wedding day knowing that everything was taken care of. We used Wedding Planning Plus on a partial plan for our June 2024 wedding, and they were really great for us. Alex was our go-to, and she was wonderful. She helped keep us on schedule in planning and with the details that we probably wouldn’t have thought about. She gave us advice when we needed it. She pointed us in the right direction when we were looking for specific things. And she was phenomenal on the actual wedding day. Alissa, Shannon and Kaylee were also great, and Margette did a great job working with us on the design components. They are absolutely worth hiring.

Hiring Wedding Planning Plus for our wedding day was by far one of the best decisions we could have made! We were really on the fence of even hiring a day of coordinator and boy are we glad we did. The day would not have gone so smoothly without Eliza and the rest of the team we had for our special day. Eliza was tentative to everything we could have needed throughout our day and for the most part a head of it all. Everything from the wedding day nerves to fixing my dress, having shoes available to me immediately (We hiked a mountain for our ceremony) Eliza was there. All of our wishes throughout the day that we made clear we wanted to happen.. happened. Wedding Planning Plus is the best! I had the pleasure of working with them for my wedding this past September, and I don’t know how we could have pulled it off without them. If you are reading this and debating whether or not to hire a wedding planner, I not only recommend getting one, I definitely recommend Wedding Planning Plus.

As we were moving through the planning process, WPP was great at helping us stay on track and definitely had the expertise needed to make sure we didn’t miss anything. Margette was extremely helpful in planning the florals and design of our wedding, and Eliza was there every step of the way to make us feel at ease so we didn’t get too stressed but also pushed us along so that we kept up with everything.

WPP was great for helping to plan the wedding, and they came through even more on the wedding day itself. We felt a little scattered on our day, and Eliza was able to pull everything together and make it really easy for us. We had some unexpected rain on our day, which changed our plans for the ceremony. Eliza was able to reorganize our ceremony and put together something that was as beautiful as we could have hoped for. WPP also was able to set up our table settings just as we had imagined, amongst MANY other things. They really came through and pulled it all together. You will not be disappointed if you decide to work with this team!

We hired WPP to be our month-of coordinators for our August 2024 wedding. Shannon was incredibly helpful in keeping us organized and prepared for our wedding day! Across a couple of organizing meetings in the weeks leading up to the wedding we discussed all of the major and minor details of our wedding (from cake toppers to flip flop baskets, no item was overlooked) and determined who would own what tasks on the day of our wedding. We also gave Shannon a list of our vendors and she worked with all of them to develop a timeline for our wedding.

On our actual wedding day Shannon and her assistant were invaluable. They made our wedding vision come to life. They directed vendors, moved tables, received deliveries, cued walks down the aisle, mustered us for parent dances-- the list goes on.

We highly recommend hiring WPP as your wedding coordination team. They made the final month of our wedding planning a breeze and were true partners in pulling off an unforgettable wedding day!

Working with Shannon and WPP was one of the best decisions we made. Shannon worked hard to ensure that our wedding day would feel effortless to us, and it truly did. My wife and I were able to focus solely on soaking in our day because of Shannon and her team. I'm not even sure where to begin. Shannon and her team were amazing.

We decided to work with Shannon in October 2019 for our October 2020 wedding. Well.. the pandemic happened and there were a lot of unknowns but Shannon was encouraging, realistic and committed to our vision.

We decided we would postpone it to May 2021. With most of our other vendors we had to go through their calendars to match up availability. With Shannon, we pretty much let her know the date we had in mind and she said she would have staff available. After postponing, the event guidelines changed multiple times. We were so thankful we had Shannon by our side to navigate through the situation.

Our wedding day couldn't have run more flawlessly if we tried. We felt so relaxed and comfortable knowing that our wedding was essentially in the hands of Shannon, Alex and Jennifer. We loved that we didn't have to really "deal" with any issues the day of.

I would 100% recommend Shannon and her team with full confidence and I promise you would not regret it.
